5 starsI am disabled and finally decided to purchase a walk in tub. After researching I decided to hire Walk in Tub Ottawa and it was the best decision I could have made. REMOVED, the owner, is knowledgeable, courteous and so helpful. He patiently answered all my questions to ensure the tub would meet all my requirements. His vast experience, professional conduct and integrity were apparent. His installation crew is unbelievable. They had the tub installed on day one and finished on day two and left the bathroom spotless. After the job was completed REMOVEDwas still available to answer questions and help. When I first spoke with him he said the job would only be complete when I was 100% happy and I am. I highly recommend Walk in Tub Ottawa and would give them 10 stars if I could!

5 starsI researched a number of walk-in tubs on behalf of my mother. Some stores had a few models, but they did not specialize in this type of tub. I contacted REMOVEDand viewed his models. He was extremely knowledgeable and his products were top quality. My mother has parkinsons so ease of use was paramount. REMOVEDcame out to the house to go through the details, provided a very reasonable quote and had the tub installed by the end of the next week. The contractors were friendly, professional and extremely competent. The end result "could be in a magazine" according to my mother. She also asked that I pass on her extreme thanks as today was the first day in years she was able to soak in a bath.Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

5 starsRecently had a walk in transfer tub installed at our moms house by Walk in Tubs Ottawa.Initial engagement was wonderful, REMOVEDresponded quickly and visited to house to assess the lay of the land. After that we scheduled a visit to the Showroom to look and test out the accessibility of the Transfer Tub. Five Stars After the initial engagement the installation schedule was set, this was done in a professional manner taking into account our schedules and availability. Five Stars Installation was next, this took just over two days, which included the removal of an existing tub / shower surround, some new building materials, the installation of the Transfer Tub and the wall coverings. The installation was great; REMOVEDteam did a great job and were very respectfully and paid attention to details. The installation also included the widening of the bathroom door and installing a new transition for the door threshold. Five Stars We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend Walk In Tub Ottawa and REMOVEDand his team.Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

5 starsI shopped around and explored different walk-in-tub companies and felt that REMOVEDwith Ottawa Walk in Tubs was the most knowledgeable on the product without the pressure of a sales pitch and eventually chose him and his company. I have multiple disabilities and I have wanted a walk in tub for many years so it was big decision. I am in REMOVEDso I ordered the tub from Ottawa Walk in Tubs but had my Balsam plumbing company do the installation. It took some time and organization but through out it REMOVEDin Ottawa was always available to answer questions and support the installation process. It was worth it! I finally have a tub I can use whether to just soak and massage my feet or have the full body experience. It definitely helps with circulation, pain, and quality of sleep. 5 starsVery professional work from start to finish by REMOVEDand his Father. They were friendly and conscious of doing a super job. The cleanup was awesome as this work can be messy. They installed a walk in tub for a disabled adult in the family. and a remake on a shower stall downstairs. Everything looks terrific. This work was also needed for a 99 year old. REMOVEDexplained everything quite well and visited often to see the work in progress. Very happy with this major change in our home and highly recommend Walk in REMOVED!Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

4 starsThe walk in tub is exactly as promised and the company is highly recommended. In addition to the standard tub, we got the addition of vibratory massage, wall panels, shower head, wrap around colour screen,and a glass enclosure. Everything works exactly as promised and is a worthwhile addition to our bathroom. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is because the additions, especially the glass enclosure and wrap around screen took longer to get installed than originally estimated (but not a major issue).Walk-In Tubs Ottawa
