As a host, rvezy will side with the renter, reach into your bank account and take what they decide for a resolved dispute. When you post in the ******** group for owners negatively, they will kick you out of the group and delete your posts. Ultimately, I have deactivated my account on this platform due to their poor decision making which I did not agree with. But since they have the final say what they decide goes.I would not move forward with using this platform as a host. If you rent, you will have more rights than the owner. Run from this platform.

The app used for booking had severe gaps that ruined our vacation. The app had specifications for hitch size, weight, hitch weight, RV length and sleeping capacities. No where in the booking does it mention electrical connector type (4 prong vs 7 prong and if convertor is available). We showed up to pick up trailer we had rented monthsvin advance to learn that our electrical connector was no compatible. This ruined our vacation. When we complained to RVEZY they were quick to quote the "terms of service" that ensure the trailer and vehicle are compatible is the host/guests responsibility. The terms of service are not available ANYWHERE in the booking app, or in the booking itself. To locate these terms if service you must go to their desktop website and search in the background files and then read through a very long legal document. When I pointed this out I felt dismissed that it disnt matter that the terms were not accessible. I suggested RVEZY add more categories for trailer/towing specifications such as the electrical connector and hitch height. I also suggested a checklist for guests/hosts to go through when determining if they are a good match to avoid surpises for inexperienced renters/hosts. I was told that they would discuss my suggestion but that they include everything. This felt irresponsible and I question the legality. While our family did not lose money as the host cancelled and refunded our trip. We endured stress, wasted time and missed valuable time with family. We were initially dismissed and offered 10% of our rental in credits which worked out to 90$. When I spoke to the director of customer success this amount was increased to $150. To be clear $150 does not cover a single night RV rental once you include rental fee, cleaning fee, service fees, taxes etc. I am not sure if we will book with RVEZY again. Maybe for a weekend fun but I will never trust my summer vacation with the fanily in their hands again.

    Dear ******,

We wanted to follow up on your recent experience with RVezy. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the electrical connector issue. While our terms of service cover such details, we recognize the need to make this information more user-friendly. We appreciate your feedback and are working on improvements.

After our efforts to resolve the matter with a credit, and our senior management's attempt to reach you by phone a second time, we were under the impression that the issue was settled. When our senior leaders spoke with you on the phone, you indicated satisfaction with the offer. As such, we are surprised to hear that you now feel it was insufficient.

Given the circumstances, we believe RVezy might not be the best fit for your future travel plans.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

I'm so disappointed with RVezy as a host. DO NOT RENT YOUR TRAILER/RV as they do nothing to protect your vehicle. The damage that occurred has caused significant inconvenience and a large repair bill. RVezy is making this so difficult that getting any money back to fix it is impossible. I've delisted from RVezy and will never rent my trailer again.

This company pockets money that doesnt belong to them by charging a 20% surcharge for services even though there may have been an error in the initial input of the charge by the host.Eg. host wants to add an additional deposit but instead of adding it to the deposit section, they enter it into the add on section of the booking. In acknowledging this error on their part they still refuse to reimburse this portion back to the client who had no willing contribution to how the booking was made by the host. Beware.

I just learned that because of the ** owners failure to provide me with a valid credit slip that I am being overcharged for the rental. The owner used just an email as the receipt. RVezy directed me to the owner and was of no help at all. I will never again take a chance renting from this company.

I'd leave no stars of I could and wished I would have read all these comments before I reserved an rv Tortuga this horrible company.. my stripy is much the same about the process through company for resolution on an unacceptable and poor RV. My only caveats were... just was 4 hrs late to drive rv to campsite. He did not level the rv properly. The outside has grill did NOT WORK. He delivered it with a FULL black tank. We rented it for 5 days! And his walk through and explanation to indivisible who aren't familiar with the writings/set up/ expectations of RV living was 5 minutes. Bc he wanted to leave top head to SeaWorld w his family that was in his truck. (Come to find out later that the *** OF DELIVERY the company pays out the hosts! Instead of WAITING until rental is complete just incase there's disputes... like ours)I immediately tried to contact host after he left and we realized how tilted the trailor was. He said context him directly he doesn't check the rvezy mgs quickly. Also he doesn't text so call! (Red flags)When he ghosted us after we discovered the full black tank (!!) I took pictures. I contacted customer service. *** was helpful to an extent. Host finally responded once *** got involved but he lied and said his phone got dropped in a pool that's why he couldn't answer (BS).Anyway do you know for 5 days of no toilets. A black water tank I had to figure out how to empty into a 28 gal portable pony tank (that didn't even pricier reprive or much usage of the toilets. And we never showered in it....5 days folks! )We got 100 bucks back?!Customer service refunded me 140 bucks. However WHY I'm worrying this review is.... the company took $1500 bucks for deposit. Which I was SPECIFICALLY told would be released and returned to my act within 24hrs of the booking being finalized and closed. I contacted host through the app. Told him to close it out. He did. 7 days ago. STILL NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT! WHERE TF IS MY DEPOSIT RVEZY?!.

    Hi *******,

First of all, we wanted to apologize for all the issues you experienced on your trip. We want to assure you that it is not the experience we aim to offer to our guests.

I wanted to provide some clarification regarding the security deposit related to your recent booking with us. It's important to understand how the process works as it may not be exactly what you may expect when reviewing your credit card transactions.

First, a security deposit is not an actual charge to your credit card. Instead, it involves placing a temporary hold on your card, which essentially reserves a specific amount as a guarantee. Once your stay has concluded successfully and any potential damages have been assessed, the hold is subsequently cancelled.

Because it's only a hold and not an actual charge on your credit card, you will not see any transaction for the security deposit when you review your card's statement. Similarly, since this amount has never truly been collected or charged from your account, you will not see a "refund" for the security deposit when the hold is released.

Please remember that the hold duration may vary depending on the bank or credit card company's policies. So, I advise you to contact your financial institution if you have any concerns about when the hold will be released from your card. As per our records, the hold was released on August 2nd, 2023. An email was sent out to you today with the receipt of your security desposit, which you can refer to it if needed.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We're always here to help and ensure you have a smooth experience.

    Regards,

    RVezy Management

DO NOT RENT an RV with this company. Absolute worst experience. We rented an RV last summer. We had an incident in a parking lot while away in the US. We agreed, many times, to pay the 3K deductible for the damage and only asked for proof of the repairsfirst RVezy said the repairs were done in August and then they emailed again in February to say they were about to be done. I never refused to pay but I felt our case deserved review (RV was not fully operational at time of rental) and we wanted documentation of the repairshow do we know they were even done?! Anyway, super aggressive tactics. Several attempts to simply withdraw the 3K from my bank account. Now have sent a collections agency after us. They can say whatever they want in response to this review but I have evidence of every single thing *** said here.

    Hi ********,

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the mileage charge dispute and damage claim for your rental experience.

As you mentioned, the dispute for the mileage charge was resolved in October 2022, but the damage claim remained open due to outstanding payments. We understand that the repairs were completed in February 2023; however, during this period, we attempted multiple times to charge you for the insurance deductible, as you were responsible for the damages. Unfortunately, each attempt failed, and we were unable to process the payment.

In an effort to resolve this matter, we attempted to establish a payment plan with you, which, you declined. As a result, and after exhausting all our options, we had no choice but to send your case to a collection agency.

We understand that this situation may be frustrating, but it is important for us to collect the deductible in order to cover the repair costs. If you have any further concerns or are now willing to discuss a payment plan, please do not hesitate to contact the collection agency to find a suitable solution. Our goal is to provide a satisfactory resolution to this issue, and we're here to help you every step of the way.

    Regards,

    RVezy Management.

Do not rent from this company. I recently rented a trailer which was an easy process. I messaged the host a few days prior to ask for more information. The host made me aware I was responsible for de-winterizing the trailer. With that information I requested to cancel the booking since I am not an expert and I am not comfortable doing that. I also had children going with me and I did not want to risk it being done incorrectly. In my opinion the cancellation is due to the host negligence. I reached out to customer service to help with the process of the full refund and they basically told me its up to the host to issue the refund they could not do anything for me. I then emailed another representative which told me they did a full investigation. They came back telling me I tried to change the days and that I was responsible for draining the system and denied the refund. This review is to show the customer service does not do their due diligence and the company does not care about the customers who make these bookings. I am completely disgusted by the experience.

    Hi *******,

A member of our team contacted you today regarding the issue you are referring to. As per your messages with the host through the platform, you requested to pick up the unit a day earlier and the host agreed to the booking extension on the terms that you would need to drain the unit once you arrive at the site.

Based on the last couple of messages you sent to the host, the booking was cancelled due to the antifreeze still being in the plumbing 3 days prior to the booking start date and the security deposit requested to be paid 3 days prior to the beginning of the rental.

As mentioned by the host, the antifreeze was drained prior to the booking start date.

    The security deposit amount and the date that it will be charged is displayed when making the reservation, as well as on your payment details in the booking. Please refer to this article for more information: **************************************************************************************************************************;
