    On September 17th, 2023 we have submitted a signed reservation form along with a $10,000 deposit for the former show home in Stittsville. An agreement in pdf format was expected to be sent to us by 5pm the following day. After repeated inquires no agreement was sent to us. 3 days after signing a reservation, a sales representative, informed us over email that there was some sort of a mistake in the listed property price and that the correct price is now $100k over the published and agreed upon price. We found out that a family who signed a reservation for their property on the same day as us has received identical letter informing them of the new property price being $100,000 over the published and agreed upon price as well. The following day, we received another email from sales representative, now giving us a tight deadline to sign a contract with no conditions and no lawyer review. The company refused to honor price as agreed on the reservation form. Buyer beware.

    Horrible company that doesn't keep their promises!A year ago they came in to fix faulty pipes outside that they installed. They ripped apart my interlock promising they will fix it. A year later, after I tried for months to get them to come and deliver on their promises they told me no. They waisted my time, they didn't not keep their promise and they ruined my interlock due to their poor work quality initially.

    The repair that was done last year, was not a Tamarack repair. This was required and carried out by the ************** for their own purposes. However, Tamarack will be repairing ************* for the homeowner later this week.
