  We needed a new garage floor done and went with ******* and his team. They did a great job. Once the floor was out there were more problems that needed to be addressed. ******* knew who to call and that kept the project moving along. He was always on site and accessible for any questions we had. He left the site clean. We were impressed with how much pride he took in his work.

  ******* installed concrete exterior window ***** on my 70+ year old house, which was a small job but he made time for it between his normal big projects. This is the second small job he's made time for, the first being a crack in my foundation a few years ago. ******* does really good work and puts alot of thought into what he's doing so that there are no mistakes and the work is long lasting (which is really important with concrete). He has also gone above and beyond the job and did little things around the house that only he noticed since he's the expert, which I had no clue about and was really nice. I'm really lucky to have found *******. He's really good at explaining what needs to be done (and doesn't need to be done), which made signing a contract with him a formality and working with him a pleasure.

  My wife and I were very pleased with the work ******* and his team did on our home. We were surprised when we found our foundation needed repairs and ******* was prompt to respond to our request and was happy to share his many years of knowledge with us so that we could understand exactly what repairs our foundation needed.   We had, what we thought was going to be a 'small' parging job on our 60's bungalow, but *******'s expertise, eagle eye and decades of experience flagged a bigger issue that could have cost us $$$$ and much damage in the future. He and his team worked tirelessly, through extreme heat at times, to fix the issues and make it better looking that it was originally. AND came up with a creative way to address the damage that had already been done to our stone/brick near the front door. VERY happy with the calibre of work and the service. Highly recommend.   We had a garage floor replaced and repairs made to the foundation near the front of the garage. Action Restoration walked us through the process and explained the next steps. as the work progressed. When a couple issues were discovered they presented options for repairs and quickly adjusted the plan. They showed true concern in getting the work done right and provided oversight for the cement pouring sub-contractors. An experienced and professional contractor. The new floor looks great.   We live in an older 5 unit row house. Over the years, Action Restoration has done work for all our neighbours, ranging from extensive to minor. No job too big or too small. Recently we had our foundation repointed. This required first removing an unsightly stone covering that seemed to have been blown on. Once removed, the original stone foundation was beautiful, even more so after all the work was completed. ******* responded quickly to our request for work and monitored the job throughout. ******** was a very skilled worker and kept us well informed on the work being done.   Action Restoration just completed a garage floor re-installation project in our older home. The project grew in scope and intricacy due to unforeseen previous construction anomalies. *******, the owner, was very prompt at flagging the issues and finding appropriate solutions to the complex change in direction required. He helped us through the process in a professional and expert manner that only many years of experience can provide.
