5 stars*** and his team at Action Restoration have recently done some stone veneer in our backyard. The work was done with care as if it was their own property. The work began on time every morning and the job site was swept, cleaned daily, leaving a safe area for our kids. The price quoted was exactly what was charged. This company is reliable, respectable and their craftsmanship is impressive.

5 starsI could not be happier with the results from *** and his team at Action Restoration. We recently purchased a home that had cracks in the garage floor, which we later found led to a major crack all long the garage foundation wall. His team was able to quickly identify the issue, come up with a solution and act upon it, restoring the garage to fully functional within a week. Him and his team's professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, cleanliness and all-around good behavior made it a pleasure to do business with him. 5 starsWe are very happy with Action Restoration. They repointed our stone foundation with new mortar all the way around. ******* was easy to work with and checked his crew's work as it proceeded, ensuring that all the details were done correctly. They started when they said they would and were done quickly. The result was a great job whose mortar and clean look matched the original style of our old neighborhood. They also cleaned up at end of every day and did not need to come into the house. The price was fair and there were no additions along the way. 5 stars******* was very helpful to respond quickly to my request when I reached out through his website. He helped me to temporarily stop water flow through the foundation until he could arrive for an onsite visit. He was reliable and came early morning as promised to help diagnose water diversion on my property and prevention for future leaks. He repaired the leaks in the foundation quickly. 5 starsWhen my 100-year-old foundation needed repair, a company (not Action Restoration) came and dug a big trench saying that they were "testing" the state of the concrete. They then appeared saying that major work needed to be carried out "ASAP" and pressuring me to make an immediate decision on a price that was communicated orally. When I said that I wouldn't accept their estimate unless it was on paper and before first consulting other companies they left, abandoning the open trench. When *******, of Action Restoration, came on the scene the first thing he told me was that the trench was dug illegally (because the gas and water lines had not been located first). Then he suggested I have a structural engineer assess the state of the foundation before proceeding any further. That turned out to be wonderful advice! It gave me insight into the true state of the foundation (which was not as dire as previously claimed) and clearly set out what needed to be done in a document which I then gave to contractors before they bid on the job.In the end I went with Action Restoration and am pleased I did. All work was done quickly and well. Communication was good and they were straightforward to deal with. I highly recommend them.Action Restoration Foundation Repair
