    Hi,I bought on August 30, 2024, a ****** AS AirShuttle II Outdoor Shuttles - 3pcs in **** that have not been delivered. The vendor Sports ******** hired ICS Courier to deliver the product.The delivery address associated with the tracking number is the wrong/incomplete address. I contacted Both ICS Courier and the vendor Sports Virtuoso multiple times about this issue with no response or a resolution.The item has been paid for through ****** and the correct address has been transferred to the seller.Most likely the vendor provided the wrong information to the Courier which delivered the product to the wrong *********** one wants to take responsibility for that mistake. The courier can't be contacted at all and the vendor is avoiding taking any responsibility because I proved they made a mistake.Please help with this matter.Thank you,******* *****

    Terrible terrible. Never heard of these people. I got a package delivered but was not home to accept it. There is a tick box where they could check off another day for delivery. Not checked off, they took package back. It said it returns in 5 business days. NOT. It was shipped back immediately to the sender! What?! Again, never heard of ICS. Will NEVER EVER ship with them and I will specify when people sending me stuff, NEVER EVER send by this company. I give a -1 star out of 5.

    My package that was shipped next day delivery has been sitting in Ottawa for 10 days. I have had one rep pretend they couldn’t hear me after 30 minutes on hold and another tell me I can take the day off of work to go to their location between 11am and 2 pm to try and get my package. The package shows it has been out for delivery multiple time and never delivered other days it just sits in the warehouse

    I am a brand new company that just opened and I had 4 orders that needed the product this company was supposed to deliver. 3 times it was sent back to the shorting warehouse and I was told two days in a row it would be out to me and I will get it as it was now set as a priority! Never got it, had to drive over an hour away to buy the product to fulfill my orders in the time frame I stated they would be done at. I am so heart broken that I company will do this to people! I spent a total of 3 hours on the phone and on hold both times I had called. The company in which I ordered my stuff from won't budge on a refund and they are the ones that chose to use this company! If I see ICS as shipping, because of this, I won't be ordering from companies that use them.
