  I hired Oneway Structural to remove a load-bearing wall in my home, and Im extremely pleased with the entire experience. The team was clear and upfront from the very beginning, explaining the process thoroughly and making sure I understood every detail. Their professionalism and respect for my home were evident throughout, and they worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and Im genuinely impressed with the outcome. I highly recommend Oneway Structural to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled company that delivers on their promises

  I tell anyone who will listen how grateful I am to have worked with Oneway Construction for our project. *** and his entire team go above and beyond to ensure that their clients feel supported, heard, and in-the-know. I am a big believer in the design-build process and the protections it offers to the homeowner, and I've been consistently impressed by the beauty and function of our design as well as the team communication. I'd give Oneway 10 stars if I could!

  We contracted with Oneway in 2017 to rebuild our front porch. The work was done well, but we recently discovered that they never closed the permit. We attempted to contact Oneway a number of times by email, voicemail, and on their ******** page. At first, they refused to engage. After we left an honest review on Homestars, they finally emailed us to say they were working on the issue with the City and that "it shouldn't be much longer" and "we will be in touch next week." Unfortunately, we didn't hear from them again.Now we are faced with having an inspector open up our porch to check structural components and paying another contractor to repair any damage the inspector causes. We are deeply disappointed to discover that Oneway has failed to fulfill the requirements of the contract we signed with them, and even more disappointed that when given the opportunity to make things right, they chose not to.

  We are so happy that we found Oneway Structural and Construction! We started with a long list contractors but glad we chose One way for our project, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid, that ultimately our decision to use them was easy. We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room. A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Oneway if I had a question. Secondly, *** came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using Oneway was the best decision we couldve made. Lastly and most importantly, they are truly a kind, decent, hard-working company! When you hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn't take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead. Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies and not Oneway (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration) Again, *** and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.

  Iam very happy with the service I received from Oneway structural and construction. They were professional and courteous. My family and I were away for a good portion of the work and I felt comfortable leaving while the work was happening. They're trustworthy and communicative all along.

  If you need construction on your house...call Oneway! The crews are incredible. They are responsive, respectful, trustworthy and timely. The craftsmanship and quality of work is far superior to the original finishes. I couldnt be happier! Thank you so much for everything you guys do.
