  The Aurora **** ***** set me up with Quick Contractor to assemble my gazebo. I call and spoke to John Vinage about leveling the land so I could put down large patio stones. On top of the stone an outdoor rug. He said the company doesn't not do that job. They sent me the invoice to to assemble the gazebo $600. On an email I notice the contractor's name. I called him and I explained to him the work I wanted done as mentioned above. He told me to send him a picture of my backyard. I did and he came back with a quote of $461. I was charged $85 for a quotation fee. I dispute the charge Quick Contractor removed it. July 1, 2023 the contractor came and put up the gazebo and leveled it. I had to leave before the job was finish because my daughter had to go to the hospital. Got home the grass under the patio was not dug up at all. I would like my $365 back. Also, I tried calling Quick Contractor they block my number. **** ********* ** **** ********

  I purchased a gazebo from **** Hamilton, Ont. Install was paid in full at the same time. The installer **** used was QuickContractors.com. Contractor gave me the date to install. On that day contractor rep told me they were delayed and would come next day but didn't show up. On the third day they came and assembled the gazebo. So far so good. 'AFTER' they drilled holes in concrete for the base plate bolts, they told me they didn't bring any bolts. Another delay. They left and came back with "nails" too small for the holes. I suggested to use proper concrete bolts. The worker left after calling his supervisor to get the proper bolts. More delays. He returned with 'cheap' plastic drywall anchors. His reason was he had them and wouldn't have to buy anything. * ******* *** **** *** *** ****** I knew I might have to pay extra for anchoring hardware. It says so on the **** installation invoice. During this whole ordeal contractor Supr. wouldn't return my calls and didn't show up until the fourth time. He brought "nails" with a plastic insert which would've required to drill new holes on the base plates and nails were too short for proper anchoring anyway. He finally agreed to get proper anchors so he left with my agreement that I would pay for them if he showed me the receipt. Another delay...To avoid further stress, I paid for the anchor install "twice" since it was included in the original **** invoice.   Check their work before they leave!
  They assembled a 10×10 steel gazebo with steel roof. Cost to hire them was $517.
  They put just 'one' , yes 'one' lag bolt in each of the four posts.
  This is not to code. And they expected that to hold up to a wind?
  I installed the other 12 lag bolts myself.

  The worse service i had ever received. a Tech came to install a garage door opener bought from ******** ****. ask no body watch him because he feel nervous ( there was a reason for that) left him alone in the garage and I heard him saying F.. word all the time, I poped up in the garage and found him connect the old sensor to the new unit so I asked him why you don't connect the new sensor came with the unit start acting weir kicking the parts on the floor and saying you are F.... people don't know my job I am doing this many years. *** ***** ***** ******** *** ***** ****** ****** ****. I ask him to leave and complaint to ******** **** for sending tech with aggressive behaviour and offensive language.

  **** ******* ****** ** **** * ** ****** ** ****** ******** ******* Horrendous service and support. Contractors did over $5000 in damages to my less then a year old flooring and offered $800 is compensation. Would no even talk to me in any logical way. ***** ** ******** ***** **** *****

  Terrible company.
  Caused leaking flange area - will not honour and fix. Trying to say it was an existing leak. Not do!!!

  ***** **** *** **** ******** I ordered a dishwasher from **** ***** and purchased the installation and removal package from them. After 1 failed attempt to arrange the installation (I was told that the technician would contact me and never did), I finally made contact and got a confirmed appointment, sent via email, for 7 am to 12 noon. Noon came and went with nobody showing up to do the work. I phoned Trevor R., the technician, but only got his voice mail. So I went back to **** ***** to cancel the installation. While dealing the sales rep there, she obviously was connected with Quick Contracors because she announced that they were going to be there at 1;15 pm. So I raced home where I waited for 1/2 hour for a no show and no phone call. I've since cancelled the installation and did it my self.
  I've also told **** ***** that I will never purchase something from them if it requires any work from Quick Contractors.

  Re: QC ****** It is to our absolute regret, disgust and contempt that we acknowledge that Quick Contractors have successfully cheated 2 senior citizens * ****** ** * ****** **** * cheated us out of just over $ 1000.00 in out of pocket expenses.
  To make an extremely long story short, Quick Contractors did an installation of a Dishwasher. The installer who did the job seemed hurried and was complaining that he had 3 more installs to do that afternoon. Upon completion of the job he surprisingly told us to be careful putting in our pots and pans into the cupboard which had the dishwasher hoses located. At the time we thought this strange.
  The instillation blew 2 days later, flooding our Kitchen, Family Room and our dining area adjacent to the family room; causing multiple thousands of dollars in damage. We had our local insurance company cover this ( surprisingly Quick Contractors seemed disappointed that we went the home insurance route ). And of course with any damage, the area in question will never be the same.
  Apparently the ‘ installer ‘ put just one rubber hose into a metal hose by use of ‘elbow grease’ and left if as is, as the completed connection.
  After much communication with Quick Contractors, the Regional Manager for this part of Western Canada informed us that the installer ( for Job QC ****** ) was not a certified professional as mentioned in Quick Contractors advertisements but in actuality just a handy man. This particular Regional Manager is no longer at Quick Contractors. We do not know if she was fired for telling the truth or reassigned, quit, laid off or whatever. We do have proof of the communication.
  Quick Contractors does instillation services with numerous big box stores in Canada ( please feel free the search the web ). * ***** ******* ********** ******** ** ** **** *** ********* *** **** *** ** ***** *********** **** ** *** ********** *** ***** **** ** *** ****** ** *****
