We purchased appliances from **** *** and selected the option to have the dishwasher and fridge water line installed through them. **** *** uses Quick Contractors as their installation company and they arranged the work with their company to be completed in our home. The installer that came to complete the job was extremely inexperienced and it took him 4 hours to do very simple jobs. My husband was home at the time of install and asked the contractor to let him know if he needed help moving the fridge to install the water line, this was ignored and the installer caused a HUGE scratch in our hardwood flooring right down the middle of the kitchen. We have been in contact with the company ongoing for months now, they keep giving us the run around saying they will be compensating us for the damages and most recently they’ve just been ignoring our messages. I do not know how this company is still in business. Not only did the appliances all get installed improperly and need to be removed, but they damaged our property. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Yikes. Also don’t understand how **** *** is using this company as their installers, it reflects poorly on **** ***Initial Complaint

Quickcontractor installed my dishwasher back in Feb 2023. Later on, it was found the installation was poorly conducted, as the dishwasher will lean out when the bottom rack is loaded with dishes. This was because the dishwasher was secured as no screwed used to attach the dishwasher to the kitchen island!
Called Quick Contractor hoping them to send someone to fix the issue; however, they wanted to charge the service just for the bad job they performed. ********** company I wondered they are still in the business. ********* ******* *** * ******** ** *********** **** ***** * *** ********* ******* ****** **** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** *************** *** ***** *************** * *** **** ********** ********** ******* **** ******* ** **** **** ****** ** ****** ******* ** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** **** ***** **** ** ** ** *********Initial Complaint

I purchased a shower door from **** ***** on June 20/22 who arranged Quick Contractors to do the installation on August 2 2022 for which they were paid $605. Quick Contractors sent someone out who had no experience installing the doors and he put them in backwards with the water repellent finish on the outside of the shower and as well he totally destroyed the top metal bar that the doors attach to and it had to be replaced. He also smeared caulking all over the sliding glass doors which took hours and hours for us to remove. He screwed on the rubber braces totally off center, failed to seal another which now fills up with water behind it. He did not clean up the debris and brown sand from when he drilled the tiles and put his clear caulking on top of it onto our freshly done white caulking we had professionally done by another contractor who just resurfaced the shower pan.
They sent the same guy back out again to do the reversing of the doors and replace of the top metal bar only. While doing the job he broke a section of the grouting off our bathroom floor and cracked other places on it. He chipped our newly resurfaced shower pan. Then he left a big black greasy hand print on our bedroom wall which will not come off, so now that wall has to be repainted. After all that the first time I try to have a shower the doors don't work properly and they slide open by themselves and allow water all over the floors which I had to have fixed ourselves as well.
They sent someone out to look over the damage and take photos. Quick contractors refuses to do the repairs themselves as they do not do repairs and said they would pay for the repairs, so I had to find another company to provide an estimate which came to $929.25. They are also refusing to pay for that now.Initial Complaint

******** **** Order #*************
Quick Contractors tracking #*******
Quick Contractors (QC) emailed on May 8 that delivery was to be May 15.
Subcontractor ***** ********* emailed that delivery was to be May 13.
I called ***** and was told delivery cancelled by QC.
I called QC May 12 to ask why. They said they’d investigate and call back. No call back over two days so I hired ***** directly, for twice the quoted delivery price.
QC had emailed on May 9 that installation was May 17 but only on May 15 QC left message to ask for an extra $98.44 for expenses.
QC asks for caller to request a call-back which can take hours.
Caller ID for QC says “Toll Free Service”. As a result the call-backs are ducked. Why don’t they advise on their recording that call backs saying “Toll Free Service” are from QC ?!?
When I did finally connect they ask me to hold while they transfer to “***”. Call gets dropped while I hold.
I call again and call gets dropped again.
Third time I get through and I’m told *** is “on break”.
Meanwhile I ask agent to speak to a manager to register my complaints.
I’m told a “monitor” named **** will call. He never did.
When I connect *** says delivery was cancelled due to extra ferry//travel charges but I was never asked for them. QC confirmed original delivery by email. Why would they not advise of delivery cancellation by email to ensure info is received? .
On every call the bad quality recording asks for what sounds like “lee number” so they can access file to save time while caller waits. I enter Order Number but they never have my file.
Chief Take-Aways
-QC really should arrange for caller ID to say it’s QC calling, or at very least advise on recording to look out for a “Toll Free Service” call.
-QC should email important info since phone communication is terrible.
-QC should call back when they say they will
-QC should provide a direct number for AR when requiring extra payments to avoid the telephone tag nonsenseInitial Complaint

Technician installed undermount sink and the sink is not straight , while installing sink he chipped granite countertop.
After I complained they sent 3rd party to assess damage . The assessor was clearly shocked at the sink positioning and damage and took lots of pictures and said the technician should not have done the sink in the first place if he was not experienced with undermount . 7 weeks later I’m being told they won’t fix the sink and I will have to get quotes for the granite repair. They also will not give me a copy of the 3rd party assessment. How is it 3rd party if only they get to see the report. They have done nothing to resolve this and even took my money for the install.
This company is totally giving me the run around. **** ******* ** **** ** *** *** ****** **** ***** ** *** * **** ***** ***** ** ***** ** ***** * **** **** ** ****** * ********* **** ****.
So one sink replacement turned out to be an uneven sink and damaged granite counter which for some reason they don’t feel is there fault.
