    Rest Easy did a great job managing rental of my home for 6 years. As I was out-of-province, the fact that they took care of all the big and small details was a god-send. Every member of the Rest Easy team I communicated with was professional, pleasant, and helpful. Whenever tenants contacted Rest Easy with a problem, I was notified almost immediately, and a fix was in the works within a matter of hours. Anytime I needed to contact Rest Easy, I received a response almost immediately as well. The contractors they hired for maintenance and repair work also did a great job. Hiring Rest Easy to take care of my house for those years I was away was one of the smartest decisions I have made as a home owner.

    I was a tenant for almost 5 years in a house managed by Rest Easy, and had a great experience! Super responsive the few times I needed service, always quick with a call back and when replying to emails, and very forthcoming and helpful when it came time to end my tenancy. No issues over the duration I lived there, I would absolutely recommend Rest Easy Property Management and would be delighted to rent a home under their care again!

    Overall, they are fantastic. If I obtain any other rental property, I will definitely be hiring them again.I would second other positive customer reviews. As such I would also echo what the other positive reviews mentioned on this page have already said such as the following. Amazing property manager. They do the basics well (pick tenants, collect and deposit rent, respond to all calls and questions promptly, provide multiple options to any problems as well as their recommendation), but they also go a step beyond.
