    We used Rest Easy Property Management for 4 years while away for work and we are extremely happy with our decision. ***** and his team are very quick to communicate and reply to messages in a timely manner. When looking for tenants, ***** advised us to be picky and not just pick the first few that may come up. He advised on pricing our home at a fair market value which helped us attract the tenants we had for 4 years as well as retain them for the whole time. ***** was very honest and open with us about tenant/landlord laws and advised us accordingly. We will be using his services again for sure.

    Rest Easy Management has managed our condo in ***************** for the last 8 years. I don't remember how we found them at the time but we're happy that we did before moving across the world. As far as I'm concerned they are the best property management company out there. Their president ***** and his team are outstanding. We have always been happy with their service. They are very professional, friendly, honest and always willing to help. What stands out the most is their responsiveness. Over all of 8 years they have always been on the ball in answering our queries or taking care of issues raised by the tenant. We've also always appreciated that they treat tenants with the same respect.If you're looking for a serious business to manage your property, don't think twice.

    Rest Easy found a tenant and managed my property for just over 1 year. I would work with them again. The team was always responsive. My tenant also found they were responsive and quick to address and fix some plumbing issues that came up.

    From the beginning of renting to the move out day almost 5 years later. Rest easy property management has been excellent with being prompt on replying to email inquires as well as any other property needs and requests. I rarely had any issues but when I did I was always surprised as to how fast the issues were solved. All staff has always been pleasant to deal with, if you are looking to rent I would highly recommend Rest easy property management.

When we were ready to move ***** and ****** were really flexible with our busy schedule when setting up viewings which is something we appreciated very much.
