  Three months ago I got a car loan from axis , from the beginning I asked them to change my payment dates to my paydays I was told I couldn’t until I made my first payment , so payment was made I asked again and again denied , as they said after the second payment was made so again I made it . Asked again recently and they said I can’t unless I paid 149$ . I have never heard of this so I denied , then they informed me a day later on top of the fee my payments would go up to 319$ from 293$ biweekly . They again denied saying that I never confirmed it , I wasn’t asked to confirm this at all , so later I said ok . So today I told them they need to rewrite the contract as dates and payment increased, they told me that they do not need to rewrite the contract which is weird as when I purchased a car 2 yrs ago when changes were made they rewrote contract and now this company won’t . With the fee ( which I never heard of ) and no rewrite , I am wondering if this company is nickle and diming me , I feel taken advantage of . I did my due diligence and let them know what I was told and they said it was wrong . I don’t know what to do besides let others know what I am dealing with which is stressful .

  Hello ******* ****, thank your for sharing your concerns. We were unable to accommodate your request to change the first payment as this would alter the term of your signed contract. Originally, your payment frequency was set to bi-weekly and you had requested that it be changed to semi-monthly. This change would shorten the total number of payments by 12 payments over your 6 year term and thus increase the semi-monthly payment amount. In March of 2023, you approved the payment frequency change along with the increased payment amount. It should be noted that you were not charged the contractual fee of $149 to make this change. With respect to your concerns regarding re-writing the contract, it is not a requirement to re-write a contract to accommodate a payment frequency change.   Yes they did after I talked to the BBB , now they are bugging me about other things that I never heard of which is having them on my insurance , they just won’t stop emailing me the same thing over and over then they text me over and over * **** **** * ** ******* ******** , I would like nothing but to change finance companies due to the fact that it’s stressing me out and I don’t need it .

  Do not borrow money from these ******. I asked when they lent me money for paper work. Nothing. I asked around 4 more time nothing. The car itself was 13,000. I just got paper work.
