1 starThey don’t communicate properly. When first signing up I had no understanding of things. I told the guy I could do max $500 a month in car payments to find out about the 3 pay periods ***** ******* **. I have asked many time for them to explain certain things and have been ignored. (*********** ** ********* * *** *** **** **** **** **** ***** ***) I have missed a lot of payments but always made them back up. I apparently have lots of NSF fees going back to 2023. I was contacted in July 2024 for an NSF going to collection and then again in March 2025. As of April 17th they have contacted me saying I owe just under $800 in NSF fees yet nobody disclosed this the other 2 times I was contacted about it. I have no way to check my account to make sure everything to standing properly. No information how to check or pay it. I’ve speaker with higher up who also could not give me proper answers. I’ve asked them to take the car back and they denied - told me volunteer repo wasn’t an option. Threaten to take my SIL car away. Went months no contact and told her to leave keys in the car, to FINALLY work with her. They don’t care for the clients yet refuse to loose the business. When I was behind on payments I told them an amount I could do and they told me not good enough. Higher up accepted it. Asked me for when, I gave a date. They asked for a sooner date, I said no again I have no $. They can’t accept an answer and push you ***** *** *** ***** *** * ****** ***** ****. **** ***** * ***** ******** *** they run it in **** * **** way that you question it *** ***** I’ve never had such horrible services with any loan company before (********).Review fromStephen P

This is the worst experience i have had with any bussness i missed a payment so i made up the payment then they told me they wanted another 120 which im already paying highest interest ever i was told if i pay 70 dollars they would drop the rest so i payed that as well a week later they want 58 dollars texting me at work being relentless they refused to come up with reasonable solution charge me daily on the 58 dollars things are tight financially but they don't care i'll end up paying the 58 just to stop the calls and have made other payments on time since then but still relentless in texting when i asked what i can do to return if i cannot pay for it loss of job ect they have no solution for me I'm stressed to the max with no cooperation leave me to miss more payments owing more money worst company i have ever experiencedAxis Auto Finance Services Corp

Axis Auto Finance sent me an email a year ago containing THE NAMES AND LEASE CONTRACT #S OF DOZENS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. **** ** ** ******* ****** ** ** ********* And I found out about it because Axis Auto Finance is also trying to stiff me for a 75$ payment from over a year ago that was bogus. They withdrew my car lease payment three days early, and although they apologized for the "inconvenience" now they've got their collections department on me to collect this fee. *** ********** ******* ** *** *** * ************ *** ********** *** ********* ********Axis Auto Finance Services Corp

Hello **** ******, We did address these concerns by email on July 9, 2024, where we indicated that the shared information did not meet the criteria for being highly sensitive according to the guidelines of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We also advised you that a potential breach requires that we consider the following two elements: 1. Assessing the sensitivity of the shared information 2. Evaluating the likelihood of misuse The information was shared with only one individual, making it unlikely to cause significant harm to others. Your personal information was never shared. Not an acceptable response *** **** ********** *** ** ********** **** *** ******** ******* ***********. You are not allowed to send me the names and contract numbers of all other customers. And when you make that mistake, you are required to show that the breech of customer data was taken somewhat seriously and steps were taken to mitigate the damage and prevent future breaches. *** *** **** ******* ***** *** ******** *********** ** ****** ** ***** ********* **** *** and how can I be sure these other customers didn’t receive my personal information? That’s the issue I raised and the response I received was pseudo legal jargon from a manager. The data released by Axis Auto Finance obviously does meet the PIPEDA tests - it links names and contract numbers, and the names and contract numbers could easily be misused by anyone who received them in the privacy breech. I have been an ideal customer/client and I don’t appreciate having to go to the BBB and OPCC to ensure that our privacy rights are being taken seriously.Axis Auto Finance Services Corp

They offer help and relief programs but never follow through. I recently fell behind due to my *************** *** ******** treatments I fund out of pocket. I have attempted numerous times and even sent a one month’s payment to start a payment plan and they sent the car into repossession. I understand the outstanding balance is of my owning doing. They arranged pre-authorized payments and take the payments out 5 days after specified times and offer some pathetic excuse. And then ******** *** **** late fees . I ended up putting a stop payment on my bank account due to nsf incurred ******* ** ***** ************. a few months ago i paid off my car loan, and was told by Axis that after 30 days, they would report to the credit companies that i've paid my account off in full and close my account. they even sent me a email with a pdf document on a release letter. months has gone by and they still have not reported my account closed and paid off. on my credit it still show me that their still actively taking payments out. i've emailed this people many times and they only answer my emails weeks after when they feel like it. i've emailed them a few times and they only got back to me once. i've called these people so much and they never answer the phone calls no more. i don't know whats going on, *** ** ***** ** ******* *** ******** ** ****** *** **** * ****** ** **** **** ***** *****Axis Auto Finance Services Corp

The worst people to deal with when it comes to customer service. Their "senior collections specialists" ** *** **** **** ******* **** ** ********** ** ************* ** *** **** ** *** don't want to help the customer or work with them.
