      They said my package was delivered no package at the front door check my camera no one on my driveway the time and date they said ,contacted the company and my package is still with them .
      This company want me to pick it up the package I live 40 mins from the company address
      I had to cancel my order because of this .

      They really like to throw the parcels. I do not mean a lob. I do not mean a toss. I mean THROW.
      As I understand it, they hire whomever has a car.
      They need to handle packages far better. They're not all basketballs.

      they've been holding my shipment for a week, no way to contact, they're not listing no contact information on their website. the phone listed ** *** is not in service. bad business. *****.

      First I got a notification that my package had been delivered. I checked the front door and no package was there. The next afternoon it was but unfortunately one of my parcels was missing. I checked with the site I ordered from, the checked into it and states the item was packed and shipped.

      ***** ******* ***** They stated they were at my building last Monday and could not find an access code. Right beside the intercom is a huge board with every Unit # and the access code right beside it. The ***** didn't even look, if he was even here at all! Still waiting for my pkg! **** **** *** **** ********

      Twice now they just throw a package in the driveway. Not an acreage, just a regular garage front home. With packages getting stolen from a doorstep, how are they safe in my driveway? Last one was left in the rain!

      They do not have a CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR ANY WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. Their delivery person cal at QUARTER AFTER MIDNIGHT. Asked for the ring number. Gave it to them and they never even rang up or call back to check ???? WORST SERVICE EVER. ** *** *** **** ******** IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO NOT RING OR DELIVER MY PACKAGE.

      They have several of my packages as our for delivery in Toronto but yet I live 3 hours away from Toronto.

      *** ******* * *** *** ** **** ******* ** **** they do not care if their packages get delivered. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on monday September 15th 2024. The driver failed to come to my door and sent me a picture saying that he could not find the address. So I opened a claim with the company.And i'm not even sure if I was talking with a human or a chat bot. But whatever it was , they claimed that my package would be delivered on wednesday september 18th, They failed again claiming that the driver was nowhere near the pick up spot for my delivery. If the company cannot guarantee the safe trafficking and delivery of a package they should not be **** ** ***** ** a delivery company. *** *** * ************** ** ****** *** **** **** **** ****** ** *** *** ***** *** ******* ********* ******* ****** ******** ****** **** ******** *********** ******* they will not give any care. In the world about your delivery. That's my experience with this company over the past three days. * ** *** ***** **** ** *** ******* all they've sent me is just excuse after excuse *** *** ***** ***.

      Driver cannot read the address for delivery. Even website doesn't have any information even address related to pick up. ***** ******** ******* ****
