      My package has been "out for delivery" for a few days. From what I'm seeing reported online, I'm assuming that they are somehow affiliated with logistic companies in China that ship goods via local drop shipping websites. They probably have an office somewhere here where hundreds of companies are registered. Nearly all communication is via AI chatbot and I imagine there are very few couriers since what they are up to is suspicious, ** *** *******. Some people report that they've been successful organizing a pick-up of their package. I will try this, but otherwise I'll likely do a chargeback.

      Ordered items on ******. We are a school, label states "Do not Deliver after 3pm or on WEEKENDS". They tried to deliver 2 times outside of opening. It was a custom order & we still have not received. Told to call courier, EMile and they do not answer the phones. You cannot email them either. ***** ******** ********

      I was expecting a package from **** and ***** express said they left the package on May 14, 2025 at around 5PM outside my house but I didn’t receive them. It could be ****** or ***** just put the package there for picture and left with it.

      Parcels are marked out for delivery for more than 10 days. When they are delivered they are not put in the secure parcel locker but left in lobby or hallway and we are not notified of delivery for hours during which time they are in the open and suseptible to theft. The driver sometimes arrive as late as 11pm. They never answer their phone and their online chat does not answer for a minimum of 1 hour. Today I have been waiting online over 4 hours without answer. When they do answer they say they will ping the driver but you get not information of when delivery will actually take place. I don't know how this business is allowed to operate in Ontario. I am in Kingston.

      **** ******* ** ***** ordered from **** early December and was expected to be here no later than Xmas. Given that it was Xmas I waited an extra day. The tracking is different on ***** site, emile site and the universal tracking site. It is now dec 30, i have not gotten a call back, or a reply to my email, nothing from emile. Strongly believe this is a cover for something else.. just my opinion.. i just want my stuff i ordered...

      ***** ******* ***** * ***** **** *** ****** ***** ***** **** **** they don't even deliver a single package. 3 times I've not gotten my delivery and my partner is on the 4th. Not 1 package delivered.

      ** ***** ********** *** ***** ******** They marked my package out for delivery. 14 days later still out for delivery. I called instantly hung up on got a text and they lost my package. So now I'm out because they lost it.

      Never bothered trying to deliver

      Ordered from **** and was notified parcel was delivered to my home. No parcel was anywhere to be found. Went to Emile web site to confirm delivery and they had images of a parcel sitting at someone’s front door, no where close to my house. Also the name on the parcel was not mine and the address was not mine, yet the web site said the parcel was delivered to me. I tried calling the phone number provided, but spent all my time on hold. I have spent over an hour trying to find other contact info, but the Emile web site is useless. I* * ***** ***** * *** * ******* * ***** ** *** *** *** *** **** ********
