      **** ******* ********* ***** ********** ** ******** *** ******** ** ** ******** I was never notified when the package was allegedly delivered—no email, no text, not even a simple knock on the door. As a result, the package was stolen within 24 hours of the supposed delivery.

      ***** ******** ******* ** *********** ************* There is no phone number, no direct email, and the only means of contact is a slow, unhelpful online chat that offered no resolution whatsoever. When I finally reached someone, they told me to take my issue up with the seller and refused to accept any responsibility for the mishandling of the delivery.

      the carrier of eMile express left my package outside my building and it was stolen, I never found it, however I don't know how to contact them to claim my package, none of their number goes through and the online customer service does not answer, I wish they found a solution to return my package

      The company was suppose to deliver a parcel from Temu to me. There delivery driver on 03/28/2025 said he has delivered the parcel . I told him I never received it. Then he said he will call back. The weird thing is I never gave anyone access to my building. Then 2 days later on 03/30/2025 I got an email that my parcel was delivered. I messaged the company customer service on 03/31/2025 regarding it that I never received the parcel. They sent me 2 pictures for delivery confirmation. One was for the mailing room and parcel. The mailing room was not our building it was a different buildings mailing room. Second was building’s outside picture downloaded from ****** maps. I called on this that they are ***** and pictures are from ****** maps. After that they stopped replying. I tried messaging agian on 04/01/2025 they stopped replying again.

      I have contacted this company multiple times via their website chat. I explained multiple times that it a *** store business address. We are open from 10am to 3pm on Saturday and the driver said location is closed, while it's only 1145 am. They do not listen to instructions and I have wasted way too much time. This is causing my business a loss

      Emile Express is a delivery company that has the obligation to deliver the items I ordered. However, they claimed to have completed the delivery, even though the package was lost due to a mistake by the delivery person. I understand all of this and requested an official document regarding the loss as required by ********** (it must be stamped and contain details about the loss), but they only sent an apology email without providing the document. Additionally, the delivery status is still marked as delivered, and they have not changed it to a lost status, which is why ********** is not providing a refund. As a result, I have not been able to receive a refund. I will attach the apology email they sent as supporting documentation

      No phone number for customer wr service. Just a chat box on website. They take a long time to respond. Package was delivered to thw wrong address and ive had to try and track it.down for hours to no avail. And now I have to contact thw seller to try and have Mt Package replaced

      This delivery company is hired by an ****** seller. They apparently picked my item up and apparently delivered it at 6:11pm on the weekend when the business is open Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm. This was to be a Christmas gift for my child and reordering will take too long. *** ** **** ****** *********. They wont answer their phones for me to speak with anyone. I have tried calling 8 times with 0 answer to ###-###-####

      On 2024/11/22 a package was shipped to me via ****. This company has dodged every attempt at any contact outside of a single text. Everytime I try to call the Canadian number and select English, another language is spoken and I am hung up on.

      ******** ******** They've been holding my package for over a week claiming to have "failed" to email me, yet they never have. They also lied saying they attempted delivery which never happened. Their tracking says "holding for customer pickup" but I don't know where to go since they've never told me that. I've emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back and their phone number is out of service. Their entire tracking history is a ***.Horrible.

      I received my package - months later and never heard from the company. I had to track and hound the original sender in China to hound Emile Express to re-deliver.

      I bought a dress from ********** and Emile is the ones delivering it. On August 15th I got a call that they were in front of the building, I was only five minutes away so I asked them to wait. They couldn’t which was understandable, so I asked them to leave the package. They didn’t but said that they would try to deliver it later that day. Then the package was marked as delivered. The next day they tried to deliver it again but I was at work, so I asked them to leave it again, which they still did not. I have no proof of delivery and no idea where the dress is.

      Additionally when paying for the dress I also payed for shipping insurance.

      They haven’t tried to deliver again and when ever I try to contact them through the link that they texted me, it says that no agents are online. I’ve called and emailed them but I get no response.

      I’ve emailed ********** about this issue but since the package was incorrectly marked as delivered they can’t do anything since it looks good on their end.
