A very good and efficient experience in the process to arrange and have installed, both furnace and AC. The team from Francis home environment heating and air conditioning did a great job to identify a replacement solution and moved quickly to install. The technicians were friendly and considerate during the whole process

Very efficient, thorough and clear on what exactly was recommended . I was very relieved as this was an electrical panel issue Very professional , friendly and doubled checked their recommendation with a master electrician .Thank you ******* , apprentice electrician, for your knowledgeable initial assessment and courtesy and reassurance.At the end of the day all agreed that it was best to proceed and the work has been scheduled for tomorrow morning leaving with peace of mind.Thank you allFrancis Home Environment Heating & Air Conditioning Response

***************************** did a superb job. She was very thorough in explaining what was done, what were my options, and in analyzing why there was no maintenance in 2023. The Duct Cleaning Team showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and with a minimum of intrusion given nature of work. We had been reluctant to do our duct cleaning following a less impressive job by an different service provider years ago.
