      **** ******* I have been dealing with issues from day one of installation (1 yr). Wrong doors (3). Wrong colour. Poor craftmanship and poor quality. The door drafts are unbelievable. Replacement doors/frames, still wrong colour, are now defective, window glass in new window is broken. Been given promises for resolution, only to be ghosted with lack of response. Technicians unqualified *** ***** ** ******* most of the times. My hardware that I supplied was damaged during installation. **** ***** ** ******* ***** ****** ****** *** ******** Can't get management to contact me, no matter how many times I've asked. Once you sign the contract you are on your own. There is absolutely no excuse for this nightmare. Just fix the issues as promised! Where is the management of this company?

      Sorry, but I have yet to experience your so called full guarantee of products and workmanship and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction! * *** ****** *** *** ** ******* **** *** ******** **** *** **** *** * **** ******** ***** ** ******** ** *** ******** ** **** ****** *** **** ** *** *** ** ****** *** *** ****** ***** ** ********* ** *** ** ***** Rest assured we report any issue with technicians to them immediately *** **** ** *** ** ******** ********. Aside from all this, I am letting you know that over a month ago, I thought we had reached a resolution for the 3 door systems and were told that new doors were finally made and onsite awaiting confirmation of the finish and of the paint color. I confirmed the color choice and never heard back. Last week I was trying to get an update and have just been told the doors are being built by ********** and will be ready in 4 weeks??? I have responded to them asking for an explanation and my EXTREME frustration with ****** the ************ ** staff, lack of response/communication and to express that I honestly feel I am still being jerked around ** *** ***** ** ***** ******** This has been a two year nightmare from the get go and completely unacceptable from a company who makes such service excellence claims. I have told them again that I cannot continue with the ongoing delays and to refund the project and I will outsource another contractor. * **** **** ******* **** ****** **** * **** ** ** ***** **** *** **** ***** ***** ******* ** **** ** ** ******. I do not have the time, resources or anymore energy to deal with the ongoing excuses and delays so I have to look at all my options at this point and/or with any other future issues that I am sure are likely to occur due to my lack of confidence and experience thus far with Nordik!

      Further to my first response I forgot to add another important detail that was confirmed during this whole waiting period and back and forth with the many unaddressed issues. We have said there must be alignment issues since day one with no one addressing or advising what the problem was. Not only did I have to arrange for an independent review of workmanship, two of your own technicians admitted that the issue is because framing for the door, which affects hinges position, was completed to suit metal doors and not fibreglass which is a different thickness. Apparently, there was such a push for sales people to sell fibreglass but your sub contractors were not putting in the right framing due to inexperience apparently. Again this was also confirmed with one of your own technician when to trying to make adjusts to address warping doors, gaps, drafts, bugs/water entering and temporary weatherstripping. There was apparently also a change in supplier due to the lower quality door that was installed when began coming apart. I hope with these updates you can appreciate my frustration and complete lack in confidence with Nordik now and in the future.

      I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s dealing with window issues. I had absolutely no problems with them whatsoever. They were very professional courteous time and delivered exactly what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them and assure you that this is the company you deal with with window issues.

      When I texted to cancel my appointment the person texting back was initially somewhat professional and courteous, but as I showed no interest in rebooking, he/she started to *** *** tease me  *** ***** ** ** ****** ****** ** ******* **. The exchange took place on Tue, 11 Feb 25 between 9:55 and 10:20 in the morning, for a length of time that seemed like it would never end - I wasn't, this time, willing to let them have the last word. Nordik's **** *******reach out personnel was not surprisingly very disappointing.

While we find your interpretation of your interaction with our Virtual Assistant a bit surprising, we can assure you that every question you asked was answered accurately and professionally. The assistant is programmed to respond to every message it receives, so the back-and-forth exchange you experienced was simply it doing its job—not an attempt to provoke you.

      I had Nordik install new windows in 2024 and I have been very satisfied. I requested a small repair this year and the office was extremely responsive, immediately setting up an appointment time for the repair to be completed. Haig was very courteous and knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. He also inspected the other window which had been installed and ensured I was satisfied. Excellent company overall.

      I contacted Nordik Windows to help with a warranty claim. One of my window seals had failed and they were able to come quickly to assess the problem and replace the window completely free. The staff were quite knowledgeable and very professional. This includes the office staff as well as the installers. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommended Nordik to anyone looking to get their windows replaced.
