      I have been charged $500 fine by Larlyn corp. regarding a pest control visit and no explanation was provided, and I am not sure why they are charging this amount. I have sent emails requesting to remove these charges and nobody is replying back to my emails, answering the calls or returning my calls. ** ** ********** **** ****** *** ******* ***** ***** *** ** ******** ******* *** ******** ******** ********** ***** *** ******** **** ***** I am moving out and planning in renting my condo. My condo is pretty empty, and it is obvious I am moving out. I've talking to Darlene R****** Larlyn Regional Director, and she is aware of this. *** ** ***** ** ** ********** *** *** *** ****** ***** *** ********** * ** *** **** ******* ** * **** * *** *** *** ****** ** *** *** * **** ** **** ** ***** * **** ***** * ********* **** *** ***** ** **** **** **** ***** Larlyn keeps charging $500/1,000 penalties *** ** ***** ******* **** ** ********** **** *** ******** ********** ** *** *** ***** ******** I would like for Larlyn Corp. to remove these unjustified charges.

      This particular building has had a history of insect issues and management under the Board direction has set a program in place to eradicate the issue. Working with the pest control company we require access to all units and the residents are required to move furniture at times as well as empty shelves under sinks, etc. You have been sent letters on March 31, April 11, and April 24 explaining the entire process and requirements and also explaining the rechrage to your unit if you do not comply with the requests to move items to allow for proper treatment. You refused to comply, hence the charge. There is nothing further we can do as the corporation has to pay to have your unit retreated that is not fair to all other owners who have complied and have to share in the cost the the initial cost for treatment of the entire building.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      First I don't know what letters they are referring to. Second my condo has been very clean and I have complied with everything they have asked for. I just received an email from Larlyn advising they were NOT going to charge me. * ******* **** *** ******* * ****** ** different people from Larlyn are providing complete different responses. These responses were received today from Darlene and Tatiana and now I am getting a complete different story on this response from whoever sent it.

      I have sent pictures showing my condo. My unit is almost empty and it was like that at the time Orkin came.
