Door enclosure is sagging not to fire codes for my condo for over 3 months now. It needs to be fixed and Larlyn is acting irresponsible by not fixing it. They have 4 video cameras in the hallway so there is no excuse for it being like that. Larlyn needs to be held accountable as per the Ontario Condo Law as this is in the hallway / corridor area outside my unit. Before this Larlyn took over 1 year to give me a new door while everyone else in the building got their new door on schedule. The door has gaps so I don't believe it meets fire code standards. They are treating me unfairly in the building which goes against the Ontario Condo Law and the board members are acting like bullies. When I brought the door enclosure to their attention, J. L. yelled "so what are you going to do about it!" The Ontario Condo Law clearly states you must treat all owners equally. The mailbox at *** is wide open so anyone can reach their hand in it and go into other peoples' mailboxes. It needs to be fixed. It has been like this for over 2 years now. Larlyn needs to send a demand letter to the resident demanding they fix it for the security of all surrounding mailboxes. I also requested a new lock be put on mine but did not receive a suitable response. Was told to call ***********. *********** says to contact the property management.
