      ***** ****** ** ****** *** ******** ******* Plumber arrived well groomed and prompt but was wearing jeans with big rips including one in crotch Was quoted a price for service call that was to be absorbed into labour price once job done. It was not. Equipment did not work well enough to clear clog. Told camera was working fine when it did not give a pic just a glow. Told that he had reached main drain so their would be some relief. There wasn’t ** *** ****** ****. Diagnosed collapsed pipe which was not accurate and he had no evidence of and want to schedule expensive dig. *** *** *** ***** *** *** ***** ** **** *** *** *** **** overpricing and using non functioning equipment. **** * *** ****** **** *** ***** ****** *** when sewage is backing up it’s a stressful time.

      * ***** ***** **** **** * **** ** ********. Plumber and administration did not provide quote in writing. When request was made a handwritten estimate without any details was sent. Plumber demanded payment before a written invoice was provided. When a written invoice was finally provided (handwritten with only amount charged) an additional amount of 3.5% was charged without being informed in advance (neither the administrative person nor plumber discussed this prior to charging it) for wanting to pay with a credit card.
      No detailed invoice. Charged a significantly higher rate than other plumbers. Plumber and administration made over 20 phone calls and ******** the tenants occupying the unit. Originally told a manager "*******" would call me back and never received a call. Made multiple requests for a manager to call me back. Never received a phone call from any manager. Spoke to head office who stated they would send a detailed invoice - never received. I was informed that the plumber was spoken to about behaviour with tenants and they "apologized".

      ****** ** *** *** **** ***** ******** ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ****** We had a leak *** ***** ******* **** ****** ******** we scheduled an emergency visit between 1 and 3pm. 2 plumbers turned up at 4.45pm, broken English and 1 of whom didn't give his name & said he didnt understand when I asked for ID. The other one was wearing a company tshirt. They quoted us $800 to repair the main water pipe which was leaking through the wall and flooding our main floor under the hard wood and the basement furnace room ceiling and walls. They made 3 cuts on the dry wall behind our fridge and pulled the refrigerator pipe which was spurting water and left for 1 hr to buy replacement parts and returned with a $5 joint part.
      They tried to charge us $1200 for "2 plumbers, their time and investigation" and insisted on cash which we firmly told them we did not have. We refused to pay that much and it was clear they wouldn't leave without at least $1k pocketed, which we paid by card.
      I followed up with the company. After speaking with a **** and ******* manager called **** who told me 'we sent 2 plumbers and what?!!' And never called back, I spoke with a different Manager called *******. After sending photos of the 2 men, she confirmed 1 was an employee and the invoice said '*******' and the other was an 'apprentice'. She promised to provide me their full names and confirmation in writing that the 2nd man was an apprentice and that she would provide a breakdown of the amount we were charged.
      1 week later, a bogus breakdown listing several fabricated things they never did was provided and no names or confirmation he actually is an apprentice nor that he has been formally vetted. She apologized that several company policies were not followed including consent to bring an apprentice * **** *** **** **** *********. ***** *** **** ** ** ****** ****** ** ******** *** ** ****** *** *** * **** *** ***** ******* *** **** ******** ** ** *** ******* **** **** ***** **** ******* ** * *****

      Stay away from this company. They use subcontractors and will charge you 3 times the going rate. Only use accredited and reputable companies.

      ** **** ******** **** ** ****** **** ******* ** * ***** *** **** I had one of their plumbers come to my house to inspect a leak in the basement - it turned out it was a small plastic hose that leads from the water inlet to the hot water tank and from there to the humidifier. He quoted me $380 which I felt was totally over priced but wouldn't budge on the price and I was anxious to just get the leak repaired. He replaced the hose and then when it came time to pay him he conveniently forgot to mention that price was plus tax. So $429.40 for about 20 minutes work. I wish I had searched here first to see all the ******** reviews before calling them. I have reached out multiple times to their head office to find a resolution and no response back from their management. ** *** *** **** ******* **** * **** **** ***** *** **** ******* *********

      Not a good experience *** ***** ********** *** *********!
      Context: I scheduled a service to detect a leakage in my unit. I spoke to a customer representative named Amber, and during our call, we AGREED that the service was going to cost $45.00 plus HST just for the leakage assessment.The plumber showed up and demanded $120 for leak assessment and then he bought a camera to look inside the walls for leaking pipes and said it will be $360. We respectfully declined their service. And since they provided no service, I am obligated to not pay anything. Since then, they are calling and texting me and threatening with collections. These guy *** ********* *** do not care about their customers. ** ******

      On June 1st I called Plumber on Demand for an experienced Plumber to come to my location where we experienced a leak the night before. I was told an experienced Plumber was on a job near me and I will be his next stop. Several hours later I received a call from an employee of theirs saying that the Plumber cannot come out for personal reasons but he (the caller) can come. I agreed cause we were desperate to have the leak resolved. A nice youngman showed up but we could tell immediately that he was not experienced. We allowed him in - he proceeded to cut the ceiling in the washroom where the leak was in a haphazard manner - no protection laid out for the sink and toilet in the room or the floor - end result - complete mess everywhere. He determined where the leak was coming from but could not fix it. He blamed it on the builder. He also admitted to us that he is still an apprentice. We were charged $395.50 - a fee I feel should be that high if it was an experienced Plumber that came out and not an Apprentice. I have reached out many times to the Company for a refund of $300 as $95.00 was their charge for coming out. I was given two Managers names who were going to call me - Anthony and Amy. Its June 22nd today and no one has called me. I asked for Martin whose name appeared on the credit card receipt. He was not available. From all the complaints I see here I don't understand why this company is still able to be in business *** ******** ** *** ********* **** **** ****** ** **** **** *** ****. I don't expect to receive a refund from such an ************** group. The managers should all be fired for not having the decency to return customers calls.

      **** ******* ** * *** **** They came out to estimate the work. Came up with an outrageous amount so they obviously didn't want the job and then sent me a bill for the service call. I refused to pay and now they sent it to collections. BE WARE!

      To: management of Plumbing On Demand, Mississauga
      I had a plumber “Oltion” came in from “plumbing on demand” for kitchen sink clogging. Person came in for plumbing on 02/04/2023 at 5pm
      He looked it the plumbing and said it’s going to cost me 774$ with tax and I told him ok I will pay please go on with the work. he collected the money and after few min looking at plumbing he said I don’t have any tools or parts I have to come back tomorrow and left from my house with out any hesitation. When tomorrow came no one showed up and all my phone calls were ignored by management!
      He made a big mass in my kitchen and didn’t bothered cleaning causing damaged to my new cabinets!
      I payed extra for weekend service and wanted the service completed the same day. But he failed to do so and nothing was done. He just came to collect the money and left! ** *** ********* ************** *** ********* *** ******  He didn’t say he was not able to perform any work before payment… after I paid him then he started to tell me all different stories! ** *** **** **** ****** 
      Please I am requesting you to refund my money 774$ that includes tax… ******** ***** ******** ** ** ******* *** **** ***** ******* ** ** ******* *** *** * **** ******** I am absolutely disgusted by the service! I never had such disgusting service in my life! ***** ***** ******
