Please see the e-mail below I wrote to Walmart Canada. I addressed it to a complaint e-mail that was listed on their Website. I get back an e-mail 20 minutes later to say the e-mail is no longer valid and will be removed August of 2023. Walmart seems to be wasting people's time by leaving an invalid e-mail address on their site.

I have been speaking to your Customer Service, they have refused to adjust the interest of $5.58 unless I pay it and they will reimburse it later, so I have chosen to close my account with Walmart and no longer use my card since I have always paid my bills in full and never partially. I will also be reporting this ********* ******** behavior of Walmart to the Better Business Bureau in regards of your billing practices, Walmart seems to bill interest on a bill that is 1-5 days late although the bill is paid each month in full. Please have someone check this and see that my account has never been in arrears.
I look forward to you removing any interest charges from my account since I will not be paying it since my bill is paid in full each month.

My Walmart e-gift card (*****) was depleted on the same day that I used it online at Walmart.ca *** * ******* ***** *** ** * ******* ********* ************ **** *****. I can confirm that my computer/e-mail is secure, so there must be a technical limitation with Walmart gift cards or an "*******." I'm asking for Walmart to investigate as well as provide a replacement gift card for the balance. Thank you in advance for your help.

Dec 16, 2023 - I received a $100 Walmart e-gift card for a canceled order paid for with a different gift card.
Jul 2, 2024 - I spent $26.03 online on Order #************* Jul 2, 2024 - The same afternoon, the remaining gift card balance was used at a Walmart in Abbotsford, BC, whereas I am based in Ontario. My gift card was secure for 6 months and was only compromised after I used it for a purchase at Walmart.ca, ***** ** ****** **********. I can confirm that my e-mail and computers are secured, so there has not been a breach on my end. Note: I did not find out about the Abbotsford transaction until Jul 19 (*** *****).
Jul 17, 2024 - I called Walmart Customer Service and ******* Customer Service. Both would not and could not help with gift card issues.
Jul 19, 2024 - I visited a Walmart store and begged a supervisor to provide a transaction history, which revealed that my gift card was redeemed 8 hours after my online purchase at the Walmart in Abbotsford, BC. PLACED A GROCERY ORDER ON WALMART APP JULY 31st 2024. EVERYTHING ORDERED STATED IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE FOR MY GROCERY ORDER. WALMART FALSELY ADVERTISED ITEMS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO NOTE THAT THE ORDER IS SEPARATED AND A PORTION OF THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED BY A THIRD PARTY CARRIER.IF THIS WAS STATED ON WALMART APP I WOULD HAVE OPT OUT OF ORDERING THESE ITEMS. Ordered an air conditioner and a box of kitty litter came instead. Walmart picked it up and has NOT issued a refund for the item, the air conditioner, we did NOT receive. We have a photo from the delivery service at the front door of the kitty litter. We have attempted to call Walmart several times. Each time you can, barely, hear the employee on the phone. We were told we would receive the refund by today, and still HAVE NOT. Walmart Marketplace has a minimum return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Suite to my numerous conversations, including a final which was two days ago with a manager named ********, had promised to send a label with instructions for simple return of the item below by Wednesday 5 pm. I still didn't receive it.
I am still getting your system generated calls, e-mails that you escalating this issue reference ####-###-####**. This happened already numerous times but the issue was not resolved and this very simple issue. I ordered this Shed. July 18/2024 and its showed up, as putting it together noticed that multiple holes do not lined up at all, the overhang does not properly sit on there. The one back end of it is bent so bad it does not line up. I attempted to contact Walmart and they told me to contact the seller directly, i did that was offered a $75 credit. which I said No to as this was well over a $500 item. then they advised me to pack it up and ship it back to them.* * * ******* *** took 4 days to put together, send them photos of how bad it was and was told again nothing they will do. went back to Walmart and was advised nothing they can do. * ** ******* ** ******* ** *********** **** * ****** ***** **********. On July 17th, I ordered ***** *** *** earbuds, which were supposed to be delivered by July 20th. The delivery company, ********, mishandled the package, sending it back to Ontario after it arrived in Winnipeg on July 21st.
When I finally received the earbuds, they were defective. I contacted your CSR for an exchange and was assured the product was in stock, despite it being listed as out of stock on your website. Based on this assurance, I sent the product back. Now, I am told the item is indeed out of stock.
I am extremely upset by the misleading information and poor service. I request an exchange for a different color that is currently in stock and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Walmart close my account because ******** delivered my orders to the wrong address. I was told by Walmart to reopen another account With a different Email I did that. Every time I put an order in Walmart it I didn’t do anything to ruin the Walmart account. They delivered my order to the wrong address and there’s pictures to prove it. Not fair there are photos to proof that they delivered it to the wrong unit. I don’t know what else to do, but I rely on this delivery and I pay overtime for my groceries because I’m on a budget and they are gonna not allow me to get groceries because I’ve got ******** driver Resolved didn’t do anything wrong I can’t go into my account to get the photos to prove that it was the wrong address and they won’t give me my photos.
