      I purchased a phone from Walmart.ca The Manufacturer warranty of one year was replaced with a three month warranty by Walmart without warning or notification. Phone is garbage after 6 months and can not be fixed in Canada. **** *** ******** *********.

      I placed an order to be delivered on Friday May 12 between 9-10 am. I waited until 10 and then received a phone call from the ******* Walmart stating that the driver returned the groceries as he couldn't find me???? The groceries were finally delivered close to 11 am by another driver. I asked more than once if that was all the groceries and she said YES. There was a bag missing as indicated in the refund request. Please see attached screenshot of the items that I DID NOT receive. Although $37.11 might not seem like a large amount of money, I am on disability and live on a fixed income.
      I have phoned them 3 times and spoke to a CS rep and 2 Supervisors. They will not give me my refund.

      Walmart ******* up an online order and admitting it sent me a $10 off promo code ********** with no expiry date. I placed an order from Walmart and applied the $10 off code. Walmart would not accept it. I emailed walmart multiple times with no response. I went on their chat line and was told they could not help me i needed to call walmart phone support. I called 3 times with no response.

      A grocery order ( ************* ) was delivered on Thursday may 11th. There was a problem with some items:
      Substitutions….1- Dry cat food flavour BUT WAS NOT EVEN SENT $14.97
      2-Great value large freezer bags, package of three… sent me medium size. ( I already purchased the medium size along with the large, don’t need 6 ) $8.95
      3-AVOCADO oil, sent me olive oil. ( if I ordered a watermelon I don’t want to be sent an orange ) $10.97
      4- Brand name olive oil, sent me Walmart brand olive oil. ( I don’t mind being substituted a Walmart brand for a brand name BUT do not want to be substituted a brand name for something inferior ) $5.92
      5- carton of eggs… some came cracked so I threw them out, didn’t think of taking a picture $ 3.67
      6-******* ******** Bars 2/$7 , missing
      7-fresh whole mushrooms- missing $1.97
      8-****** *** *** cat food , two were missing of 8 cans $2.5

      I also ordered 4 ******* hazelnut instant coffee & was sent 4 not hazelnut flavoured… I sent a picture

      Also , I ordered ******* cottage cheese, was sent peach ***** yogurt… I sent a picture

      Lastly I ordered **** pineapple juice & was sent orange juice … I sent a picture

      My request for refund was canceled . They said they needed further validation. So I sent pictures of what I could ( obviously not of missing items ) I then called n they said they will be sending it to an “escalation team”. Then, a further email stated they r still looking into it. They are stalling.
      It’s been one day shy of a week & I haven’t been refunded or told I will be. They r ignoring it hoping I’ll give up. I don’t understand why they have a customer service number to call as not one customer service representative can do anything, it’s constantly being sent to a so called escalation team, that doesn’t escalate anything.
      Please help to get my money refunded back to me immediately.

      I placed an online order with Walmart Canada through the Walmart App - logged in with my account which lists my pertinent information including address. The item I was purchasing listed that it would be delivered to my home address on Wednesday May 17, 2023 or to have it shipped to the store for pick-up would be ready for Thursday May 18, 2023. As shipping to home was sooner and most convenient I chose that option. I then placed the order and went to bed. When retrieving my emails the next morning I saw on the confirmation of Order email from Walmart that they had unilaterally changed the delivery date to May 31st, 2023 - more than 2 weeks after what they initially stated prior to placing my order. I promptly called Customer Service, and after 20 minutes and being placed on 3 holds I was told there was nothing they could do, they couldn't change the delivery to the nearest store, they couldn't expedite the delivery to my home, and they couldn't cancel the order. I asked to escalate the issue and was sent to a Supervisors phone that just rang for over 2 minutes without being answered. I then called back and asked to speak directly to a Supervisor. I was told the same thing, nothing could be done, but they would escalate it. I have now spoken with Mohammed A. from the Escalations Team who has explained nothing could be done about the order. This item is sold online only. I have placed an additional order with delivery to the nearest store which continues to say it will be delivered Thursday May 18, 2023. Simply put, Walmart has failed to deliver the item I have purchased at the time frame agreed upon and is refusing to take any accountability for its blatant **** and system failures.

      Regarding the grocery order *************:

      The per pound price of the tomatoes and chickens I ordered were incorrect. For tomatoes, the price should be $0.74/lb, and for the chickens, the price should be $1.97/lb, according to the flyer at the time of purchase. However, I was charged $1.61/lb for the tomatoes and $4.33/lb for the chickens, which are much higher than the flyer price.

      I contact their contact center and the agents who took my call refused to help me, citing that the price could be adjusted because they were "out of stock", but they were perfectly in stock at the time of checking. What a disgrace! They can't just use a non-sense reason to deny the price adjustment claim when they charged me incorrectly in the first place!

I have spent 5 days calling and being redirected to various call centers. 1-************; 1-************; 1-************; Spoken to several reps - Gabrielle; Ban; Jamar; Adrian...emailed *************@********com; *********@********.com; I watched a ******* video on how check balances (maybe I'm doing something incorrectly) *******.*****************************. I have receipts for 3 cards. I contact Store Manager (Allen) sent copy of receipt and back of card. Never heard back from him. I filed a complaint and then was asked to fill out a survey re quality of service (JOKES!) which I did. I would like this matter resolved. I would like to know why I have to resort to filing a complaint with BBB. I need to know why not one person could assist me. Is this common practice? How many cards are sold annually, that Walmart does not honour. This is not acceptable - and has made me think twice about purchasing gift cards in the future.

He kept askingmeit it was for a grocery cart. I told him no. When I asked for a manager he hung up on me. So my problem is not resolved. I didn't get the item I paid for

      I bought a $75 ******* ******* **** card at a walmart about a month ago and went to try and use it twice and it came up declined. and I went online to check the account and it shows the card being registered over two years ago and that it had a charge for $500 on it. I tried calling the help line and they said to call walmart about it and I did and walmart said to call the ******* number again. it’s clear that somehow the number has been reused somehow as I have the card with me and have never bought a $500 prepaid card
