      This is the worst service I have ever had. I wasted ~3 hours of my time and $40 for their diagnostics over 3 months while trying to get my headphones fixed.
      I payed $40 for their diagnostics when I dropped off my headphones. They called me back after a week or so and offered a choice between a cheeper repair that would leave some marks on the headphones or a complete replacement of a headphone. I went with the later, which meant I needed to wait till they get a headphone replacement. After a month, they called me saying that it was ready for the pick up. But when I came over, I learned that the headphones have exactly the same issue they had when I dropped them off. I made a mistake by paying for the work before verifying it. But they reassured me that they will call me back and refused creating a new work order for me and giving me a new receipt. I believed them and left the store. They never called me back, so I called them every week over a month, asked about the status, every time they told me that I already picked them up because their system says so, each time they went to the technicians where somebody remembered the order, however every time something was blocked, initially they waited for a part, then they said they got it and technician got sick. They promised to get it done every next week and call me back. I set the reminders on my calendar to give them enough time, but every time I needed to call them myself and go through the same procedure. On my forth call - it took me around half an hour to get to the point where they found my headphones, so I was sick of wasting my time on them. So I went to the store and picked my headphones up even though they strongly recommended not to come because they are disassembled. They gave me the headphones in exactly the same state I dropped them off 3 months ago. They also gave me a refund for my payment except the $40 diagnostics which by their policy is not refundable. Now it feels like they let me store my broken
