1 starWe got two gold season passes, a parking pass, and accidentally got a season dining pass that we can definitely not make use of. We asked both in person before ever using our passes and online. Absolutely no accomodation, not even an offer of credit. **** ** ** ************* ******** *** ***** ****** ******** ***** ** ************** *** *** *** ***********Review fromSerena R

1 starI want to express my frustration regarding the treatment my family and I received during our recent visit to Canada’s Wonderland on July 6, 2025. **** *** ***** ** ** * ****** ****** ******* ********** *** *** ***** ********* was marred by what we believe to be unfair, inconsistent, and ************** actions by a member of your water park staff. 1 starI recently purchased $614 in "Daily Tickets" for my family to attend Canada's Wonderland on Friday, September 6, 2024. I transacted online, beginning with the selection of a prominent red button on Wonderland's homepage that read "Buy Tickets" and ending, after a lengthy check-out process, with the purchase of what is being advertised as "Single Day Admission" passes.
When my family and I arrived at 10:30am on Sept. 6 ************** *** ** ***** *** *********, the park was closed. There were 20 other cars in the parking lot waiting to be let in, *** **** ******** ***** ********* ****** ******** **** *****
I immediately called customer service, but no one was available. And when, after attempting throughout the weekend to contact Wonderland, I finally did get someone on the phone, I was told I had purchased a non-refundable ticket and that Canada's Wonderland would be keeping my $614. I wasn't offered an opportunity at that time to redeem the tickets on another day.
******** ********** ** ***** ******** ** * *** **** *** ** ***** ******* *** ** ***** ********** ** ***** ** ***** ******* ******** ******** **** misled -- on that particular morning alone -- into purchasing non-refundable tickets that they were not able to use as intended.
Canada's Wonderland failed abysmally to communicate to customers what in fact they were purchasing on September 6. Their "policy" to keep my family's money is in this case ********* *** deserves public attention.Review fromWales O

1 starI bought a single-day ticket for Sunday 18th August. We traveled **** ****************** ** ******* to get to Wonderland. But when we got there it rained heavily and they did not open the rides. and we could not use the day ticket. I called Wonderland to refund my tickets since the rides did not open and they have refused. They gave the option of upgrading the ticket , which requires paying extra. I don't agree to that because i have only purchased what i could afford. I should not b constrained to pay more to keep the tickets. *** ****** ***** ** * ***** **** **** ***** Please can you get them to refund the 2 tickets i bought?Review fromPaddy S

1 starMy group & I purchased fast lane plus passes at a station next to Leviathan. We asked staff prior to purchasing if the seats on Behemoth and Yukon were similar to Leviathan's, as an individual in our group tested Leviathan's test seat & did not meet the requirements. We were advised that the seats were different & this individual will be fine to ride them.
Additionally, at no point in this interaction were we advised on the capability for other rides in general to accommodate larger individuals. There were several more rides that an individual was unable to ride & furthermore, a lot of these rides did not have a test seat. Or if there was a test seat, the signs were misleading such as "if you can buckle on the seat you can ride," such as the newest ride Tundra Twister.
It is a huge disservice to paying guests who are not only paying an immense amount for a ticket, but additionally paying $140 dollars on top of that for fast lane plus, when more than half the rides cannot accommodate larger individuals. *** ** ******* *** ********** ****** *** *************** ******** **** *** ********** **** ******* ** ** * ***** waiting in line, & then to discover one cannot fit in the ride with trial and error of employees trying to accommodate larger individuals, when the rides itself just are simply not built to accommodate. ** ** ********* ********** *********** * ************ *** *********** *** ****** **** ** ** *********
Employees should be trained on disclosing that larger bodies may not be accommodated on rides & should be prioritized over making sales, especially on any fast lane passesss which are over $100.
Newly added rides should be built to accommodate for larger individuals, ** **** ******** ** *** ********* ** ******** *** ********.
Test seats with accurate direction on the signs should be implemented at every ride & staff scanning individuals in at the front gate and selling fast lane passes, & even online, should directly specify the limitations these rides haveReview fromMatthew G

1 starCanada's Wonderland made it very clear to me they do not care about customer safety by forcing my daughter to ride leviathan without the lap restraint working. She tried telling the attendants as they checked and they just ignored it when we got back she was very shaken up I checked the belt myself and it was loose enough to fit three people. I told the addendant and he ignored me. By then another girl was sitting in the seat and complaining about the restraint. The addendant pushed down the lap bar and signalled to start ride. I yelled to another attendant and told him to stop the ride he said he can't they have to unload and reload in one minute and the ride left. * ****** I'm going to management and went to guest services. Where I waited 45 min to speak to someone. He also blew me off saying he will talk to them about it he took down no info I told him and barely looked at the pictures I showed him of staff and seat. That made it very clear to me nothing would be done. Leviathan was my daughters favorite ride and she is now terrified to ride it. ***** ** *** *********** ***** *** **** *** ******* **** *** *** ***** *** *** ************ * ***** **** ** **** **** ******** ******Review fromFiorella K

1 starI purchased tickets during a family day sale and we unexpectedly had * **** ** *** ****** ***** ******** ** to travel to *******. As a result when we returned we had missed the tickets expiry date by one day. I phoned and spoke with someone who told me to email them and explain the situation. I was responded to and offered a makeup day, when I emailed them to confirm date another agent responded and said sorry they were wrong - there is no exception. We spent $200 on these tickets and now cannot use them. *** **** **** ******* ******* ** * *** ********** ***** ****** ** **** **** ***** ****** ** *** **** ***** *** *** **** ******* **** *** ****** ****** ***** ******* *** ********** ** ****** *** I’ll never support their business again.Review fromEric C

1 starWorst experience I've ever had here. I bought three fast lane plus passes ahead of time.
Day of, terrible weather. Passes are non transferable. Forced to show up to use the fast passes. All three of the big coasters are closed for most of the day. The few times they are running, they shut them down again for "wind."
Kids are devastated. Couldn't use the passes for the rides we actually wanted to ride.
I figured customer service would do something to make this better for season pass holders after spending over $500 on the fast lane passes and food. Nope. Nothing. A soulless sorry and copy paste response of the terms and conditions. Finally after some back and forth, they offered us a single free ride for one person despite having three passes we couldn't use.
What good is the fast lane plus if the main rides you use it for are unavailable? There was no reasonable way to use the pass as intended.
Terrible experience. ** *** ***** **** *****. It is not the same experience it used to be. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning.
