I purchased a Gold Pass for the 2025 Season and from the marketing/promotional material provided upon completing this purchase, this Gold Pass includes access to the park through the entire operating season, unlimited. The park explicitly stated this pass would provide access to Haunt and Winterfest and now that it's almost October, the park is publishing information relating to changes they are making for Haunt in 2025. These changes include adding a fee to access previously free (included) mazes and their new "Conjuring" thrill.
I emailed customer service and complained about these changes that would now mean my "Gold Pass" is only access to the park, not access to Haunt. Their customer service representative ***** responded that this is new this year and the park is not changing Gold Pass holder's access to the park, but rather "mazes are not included with Single Day Admission tickets or Season Passes during the 2025 Halloween Haunt event to reflect an exciting new change to the event. With the Haunted Attractions Pass, we are better able to manage guest flow, and increase the scares during our attractions..". "The inclusion of Haunted Mazes in Halloween Haunt admission in previous seasons does not guarantee or imply its inclusion in the 2025 season."
My demands for a refund for 2025 and the Gold Pass for 2026 that I bought before I found about this false advertising and incredibly ********* ************ **** are being ignored.

I always buy Gold pass for the sole purpose of going to Halloween haunt. They decide to start charging for the mazes mid season after the season passes have been bought with the expectation of it being included. ** **** **** ***** ** add pricing mid season. This is ***** advertisement!

We had a very disappointing experience at the carousel. My 1-year-old baby and I rode earlier the same day without any issue. But the second time, staff suddenly stopped the ride and forced us to get off.
If it was unsafe, why did they allow us before and put my child at risk? If it was safe, w** *** **** ********* ** after waiting in line for so long?
The worst part was that while my baby and I were crying, some staff laughed behind us. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.
We spent almost 2 hours at Guest Services trying to resolve this and ended up going home upset. Our entire Sunday was ruined. We are two-year season pass holders, and this treatment left us extremely disappointed

We got two gold season passes, a parking pass, and accidentally got a season dining pass that we can definitely not make use of. We asked both in person before ever using our passes and online. Absolutely no accomodation, not even an offer of credit. **** ** ** ************* ******** *** ***** ****** ******** ***** ** ************** *** *** *** ***********

I discovered that to use the Yukon Striker when can not bring a nap sacks and had to use the lockers which they then turn around and charge you for. To me this is a **** *** unacceptable business practice.

Wonderland upgraded all red passes and add ons to gold passes letting all their gold pass customers know they don’t care about them.

I recently purchased $614 in "Daily Tickets" for my family to attend Canada's Wonderland on Friday, September 6, 2024. I transacted online, beginning with the selection of a prominent red button on Wonderland's homepage that read "Buy Tickets" and ending, after a lengthy check-out process, with the purchase of what is being advertised as "Single Day Admission" passes.
      When my family and I arrived at 10:30am on Sept. 6 ************** *** ** ***** *** *********, the park was closed. There were 20 other cars in the parking lot waiting to be let in, *** **** ******** ***** ********* ****** ******** **** *****
I immediately called customer service, but no one was available. And when, after attempting throughout the weekend to contact Wonderland, I finally did get someone on the phone, I was told I had purchased a non-refundable ticket and that Canada's Wonderland would be keeping my $614. I wasn't offered an opportunity at that time to redeem the tickets on another day.

Canada's Wonderland failed abysmally to communicate to customers what in fact they were purchasing on September 6. Their "policy" to keep my family's money is in this case ********* *** deserves public attention.

I bought a single-day ticket for Sunday 18th August. We traveled **** ****************** ** ******* to get to Wonderland. But when we got there it rained heavily and they did not open the rides. and we could not use the day ticket. I called Wonderland to refund my tickets since the rides did not open and they have refused. They gave the option of upgrading the ticket , which requires paying extra. I don't agree to that because i have only purchased what i could afford. I should not b constrained to pay more to keep the tickets. *** ****** ***** ** * ***** **** **** ***** Please can you get them to refund the 2 tickets i bought?
