"If i could give a Zero star i would Sept 2024 car was totaled and towed by RSV towing in ****** ON ******, they took a part out for me and proceeded to not reply to me for when i could get it (i have text proof) then finally 6 months later i hear they lost it. They replaced it with a dirty used one 9 months later then proceed to not email back continuously, the manager answers email from another email but fails to answer mine regarding my issue." ...
