    Hello I am a new victim of Royal York Property Management. Their marketing person told me sweet stories. I believed them and signed with out checking the agreement. ***** * **** ** **** **** ** * *** ****. Even after two months they have not brought a potential tenant. They lie a lot and hardly responds to calls. They never replied to my email Recently I sent them a legal notice from my Lawyer. Now their office sent me an email saying I have to pay a huge amount. Otherwise they will forward my case to Credit Bureaus that may effect my credit score and credit history I spoke to one genuine realtor here in ******* (I know personally) that has knowledge of these situations. The opinion is they may send emails and I have to expect calls from credit collection companies. My credit score will not be effected as RYPM is not a Credit Customer like Mastercard, **** Card, Banks, Mortgage Companies, Utilities like ********, Telecom like ****, ******, Service Providers like hotels ****** question is if they sell or forward my case to credit collection companies I know that credit collection company will start harassing calls. My question is can these companies affect my credit score? Or else will they forward my details to Credit Bureaus that reduces my credit score up to 50 to ******************************************************************************************************************** may not effected. He said they will start sending emails and make intimidating calls. Please tell me if this will bring down my credit score and have an entry on my Credit History on ******** ********** etc.?Thanks in advance

    My partner had a terrible experience with Royal York Property Management (RYPM). They got him to sign a Showing Authorization Form (***), which he later regretted. When he tried to back out, they hit him with unexpected fees and never properly communicated about the charges or terms until a first notice demanding payment arrived.Whats worse, they sent a collection notice despite never even taking their *********** felt like a trap. They dont respond to emails or calls and seem only interested in scamming people for money. They use the *** to lock you in and make it nearly impossible to escape without paying.

    They have scanned me out of $1600! They take your money and tell you the application hasn't been approved and won't refund your money.
