1 starVery disappointed with their service. These people *** ******** with their so called guarantee. They refunded me after I waited over 2 months calling them almost every day, it wasn't until I told them I was going to file a complaint that they went ahead and mocked me with their poor refund.
Refund not explained, not detailed, *** * ********** **** **** ** *** **** ******** ***** *****.

1 starPathetic customer service. I have purchased the Global Warranty insurance *** ** *** ****** *****. I have sent the cancellation request for the policy more than a month ago. In the contract they mentioned cancellation can take up to 30 days. But even after a month, when enquiring about cancellation request there is no response. Even called the customer care, they asked send email and when follow-up email sent, no responses.

1 starNo stars!!! We are so disappointed with the service, response, no coverage for a purchased warranty. We carefully reviewed before buying knowing we wanted assurances. Things that should’ve been covered were refused. Shocked we were left with a $6k bill for “covered” repairs. Why bother buying warranty coverage? ** ** * **** *** * ******
Do not purchase with them! We have had nothing but lies. Our mechanic read over the policy and also believed repairs were covered.Global Warranty Corporation
