    Last year on March 13 I agreed to have Canada's green home solutions install their product, to help lower my bill. In which they did the next day. They also have not finished installing the hardware that I was promised. They were to buy out the Enercare hardware. In which they did not. I ended up paying it with my credit card. I have yet to receive any money from them.
    I have the signed contract that they agreed to. I have called and emailed them on multiple occasions to resolve this issue.

    * ** ** *** **** **** ** ***** ****** **** I have been in touch with Ontario Consumer Protection and was told that they will try to help out and if that doesn't work I will have to take them to court . I have been told that it could take up to 3 years to get a date. I decided to borrow the money and pay off the old water heater and purification system. I will try to recoup the payouts in court if I get there before they go bankrupt. I figured that I would have to pay them in 3 years anyway so I hope that I saved the 3 years in payment at least. **** ***** **** *** * * **** **** ***

    This company has, since July 2023, are being paid monthly, for an Air Condition Unit and a Furnace system, taken from our home. We replaced these two items with Canada's Green Home Solutions' heat pump and Furnace because we were told by them that we qualify for the Government Rebate Incentive Program. We were also told that they would return the removed appliances to ******** **** ********. To-date, ******** **** ********, have not received these items, therefore we've ALSO been paying them for those items, which we no longer own. We're made several attempts, without success, to contact Canada's Green Home Solutions. We have also emailed them SEVERAL messages ********* ******* **** to correct this anomaly. We continue to attempt making contact with this company but NO ONE answers but goes to voice mail. ** **** ** ******* *** ** ******* ** *** *** ****** ********* ********* ** *** ****** ******** ************ **** **** *** ***** *****. We are baffled by the fact that Canada's Green Home Solutions, have not returned these appliances to ******** **** ********. * ** ******* **** *** ***** **** ***

    This company comes into your home giving a lot of false promises, never came through on government grants. Was told they would take over all outstanding loans on equipment and payoff when we went with there company. No rebates seen on outstanding bills and still getting letters to pay outstanding amounts. No answer from company after they get your signature.
    ***** ****** ***** ***** **** ******* they are ***** false in what they say. *** **** **** ***** ***** ***** ****** ** **** **** ****** ** ******* *** ** ***** They don’t care one bit about you they only want a signature for they can be paid. So sad there are people out there that take advantage of ******* people.

    **** ******* ** * **** ***** ***** They use high pressured sales tactics and **** on elderly folks.

    They put in a water heater and water purifier tank.
    2 months later, we have water issues and have called them every day for 4 weeks. No one, calls back to set up a time to come and fix the problem or even look at it.
    We have had no hot water going on 4 weeks now. They don't seem to care.
    Other companies, will not come and fix it, as it's not their property.
    The fine print says, if there is water damage, that's what we have house insurance for.
    The fine print also says, we cannot withhold payment for any reason or they can sue.
    The worst company out there.
