    I purchased 4 items online & wanted to return 1 item & the business has a store front but doesn’t allow online purchases to be returned there. They are charging me to return online and are not refunding my money they have given me a gift card but not for the full amount. They are only giving me half of what I paid. **** ** *****. They have their item back in new condition that they can resell but I only get half of what I have paid & only in store credit. This is a local Canadian, Hamilton business & this is how they choose to do business by stealing from hand working Canadians. This business needs to be investigated.

    I ordered a swimsuit and a pair of trunks. The fabric is so thin it is see through and cannot be worn in public. I reviewed the return policy but asked for a refund despite their policy only allowing exchanges. My request was denied but they all attempts to reach out and ask for an exchange or merchandise card instead have been ignored. It's not a physical store so there was no way to see the items in person before ordering to know the quality was poor.

    ** ******** submitted a preorder item for purchase and i had conplained about canceling to which they quickly said no to, so i waited to receive it to return it but it was delivered to the wrong house/city but because cake worthy says its the same zip code it didnt matter it was delivered to the wrong address and then completely stopped replying to my emails. unprofessional *** ***** ******* ******** **** *** **** **** **** ****** ******

    I ordered a ****** ***** rain jacket from this company on 1/3/2025, it took a while to ship because they over sold and had to wait for more stop to come in. It supposedly delivered but I never received my package. I’ve checked all the doors for where I live to no avail. I reached out and basically being told that I could only get a replacement or store credit. I don’t want either option I want a full refund. I needed this for a trip that I already went on. I no longer need the product and it’s useless to me and store credit is not an option as I don’t plan on buying from this company after this poor customer service experience. I would like to be refunded for the cost of my order. I am getting no sort of help from your customer service team and they actually stopped responding back to me. That is unprofessional. Please find a resolution with this company and get my money back

    I contacted the business because the cut of the shirt was not normal. Asked for a resolution and wasn’t provided one. I complained and they tried contacting my employer as a threat.

    The company website states if you write a review you will receive 25 reward points. I wrote the review and Cakeworthy posted the review. I contacted Cakeworthy customer service because my reward points were not added to my account. Their response stated they are only doing reviews by invitation only. They refused to give me my points, even though they posted my review on their site.

    This company falsely advertises on **** pay that you can use **** cash on their website however, when you go to check out, it says that there is a shipping protection that is out of stock and will not allow you to check out. You can choose whether or not you want shipping protection, so you should be able to just turn it off and check out, but it will not allow it. If you go directly to their website and are willing to pay full price for the item and not your **** cash, it works completely fine, put a ticket in through **** and they directed me to contact cakeworthy directly. When I did contact cake worthy, I included all of the proper information and screenshots. The customer service person that reached out to me literally asked me to provide the information about the item that was out of stock, which I already did in the email. I explained to them I very clearly included that information. Please go back and read the email. at this point, they said clearly the item is out of stock again not actually reading the email and it says something about that. We can’t ship to the country that you’re residing in. I’m residing in the US. The business is a US space business that makes zero sense when again I said please answer my question or send me to your supervisor. I’ve answered all of the questions you’ve asked me. They then responded with due to my behavior . They’re blocking me from service. They clearly have no interest and actually taking cash. They’re false advertising excepting this as a form of payment, this is extremely ***** business practices, and the fact that they’re blocking customers for no reason whatsoever instead of actually fixing the problem is ridiculous. I would like to understand why they falsely advertise the acceptance of **** pay cash and then refused to actually accept it

    I purchased a purse from this company, the pink ***** purse and a little over a month of light use has made both of the straps come undone from the purse. I don’t carry anything heavy in my bag to cause the handles strain, all I can think is there was some kind of defect. I contacted the company and they would not help me. I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted to exchange to faulty product, but they refused as it was just outside of their 30 day policy. They offered me a 30% off coupon on my next purchase, that was their resolution. It was a pretty gross experience for me from a company that started small and supposedly cares about our community

    I purchased items on sale, $200 worth. All of the clothing I received say handwash only on the tags. No where on the product descriptions was this stated. Some of the items are such poor quality that they seem like they are meant for a costume to wear once or twice and then be thrown out. The purse I bought has a faulty zipper which is impossible to zip or unzip. The size small t-shirt I bought fits like a dress. All of these items had only 5 star reviews on their website, I was shocked to see such poor quality after reading the glowing reviews. I tried to post a negative review but it was not shown on their website. It seems they only allow 5 star reviews to be posted and reject all the rest. I'm not allowed to return anything because the items were on sale. They won't make an exception for me because my concerns are "subjective". I guess having a purse without a working zipper is just a subjective claim of mine, not a quality issue of theirs. I feel like I just threw out $200 to a ****** ********* company. Also I read the return policy for full price items is for store credit only? What kind of business has this kind of return policy? I will be much more careful buying from companies in the future.
