Horrendous customer service! I placed an order using my reward points(coupon for money off) and my items were “out of stock” I was PARTIALLY refunded for the items, AND they did not credit my rewards back to me. They were unwilling to fix the problem so I gave them a negative review when I got the “please review your item” email. Because of my review, they sent me a ****** **** email and told me not to attempt anymore orders as they will be refused as well as they blocked my account which caused me to lose all the reward points I had left. Rewards that I earned with money I spent. Not to mention I still did not receive my full refund for their “out of stock” items. The terrible customer service and blocking accounts seems to be a common trend for how they handle conflicts. For those who care about where your money is going, ***** ***** ** ** **** ********* they don’t give 1 iota to customer service. They reply short, impersonal, uninterested, and r***** to all emails, especially once you’ve already placed the order and they got their money, but playing around with my money and gaslighting me that it’s my fault? That crosses a whole other line. Also blocking accounts and deleting bad reviews is a really bad look.. what good are reviews if they aren’t honest? A company’s focus after a bad review or a displeased customer should be to resolve the issue, offer a speck of customer service at least. Cakeworthy will throw you attitude, tell you “too bad”, block you, delete your account and reviews. ************
