    ***** ******** ******* *** ********* They have absolutely no customer service and are consistently **** and disrespectful. Their system itself is terrible to navigate and is constantly malfunctioning.     When it works it is decent but if you have any trouble they do not support employees directly. Whenever I have sign in problems it takes forever as I have to go through our work admin who serves as a middle person to fix the smallest issues. Horrible horrible strategy not to provie direct online service for users. They won't even tell you if they are experienceing some web issues so that you know to try back later.

    I have the worse experience with ADP. My payroll was a disaster for the 2 months the worked for my business. They don't know what they are doing. You better check every single paycheque they do. I found mistakes everywhere. Waste of time and money.

    After paying them for payroll in November, they paid our source deductions January 16th which is two months late. That’s a huge problem. There was zero apology or responsibility taken for this, only excuses. Their customer service is terrible. My representative wouldn’t answer any questions via email or phone call for the past 2 months. They told me I would get 4 months free but didn’t clarify in the conversations that it would be after the first 3 months (which makes sense for them because I think a lot of people quit using their service before 3 months is up). They take a lot of fees, they charged me $155 for submitting a late payment but then had zero apology for paying my source deductions late. I never write reviews because usually a company will make things right or at least apologize when there’s been mistakes *** **** ** * **** ******* ** ****** *********** **** ******* ** **** ******

    Be extremely careful as their software is a mess. Entered my payroll and the table doubled the lines and doubled the hours for each employee. Customer service attempted to blame me in an effort to excuse their ***** practices but couldn't explain why the hours would be doubled.
