The actual sign is beautiful and just what I wanted. However, it was installed crooked.
People have actually said that it is a beautiful sign but it is crooked. When I first contacted the company, they said that the sign was made according to the specs. I said it isn't the sign, it is the installation!! They said they would send someone when they are in the area next and for me not to worry. MANY MONTHS later, I still didn't hear anything so I contacted them again. They replied with "As we explained you earlier,we checked with the software it's not crooked". I replied with, "As I explained also, the sign itself is not crooked, it was crooked when installed. Look back on this thread, you said you would recheck with the installation team and for me not to worry. I didn't install it, your team did! So is this final then, you aren't doing anything about it?" They have not responded from that day to this.**************************** THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND "THEIR" product or "THEIR INSTALLATION"!!

Hey Valerie, We have sent our technician to look at your sign 4 times. But the sign was not crooked! It's exactly the same font style what you ordered!
And also you are blaming the installation but installer installs the sign according to the template which is same as the mock we sent you while you placed an order with us! Also please try to compare the mock we sent to you and your actual sign!Customer Response

First off, I don't believe someone was here 4 times. I work from home so you would think that someone would have knocked on the door to settle this once and for all.
You keep saying it is the proper font and it is how it was ordered. I couldn't agree with you more. It isn't the sign itself that I have an issue with, my complaint is it was installed crooked. The naked eye can see that. My sign is in 3 different pieces. So finally today, I have got out my level as this is the only way I can prove my point but sadly this platform doesn't allow for pictures. The first photo that I took was the street name ******. The second photo is was CRES.
If you could have a look at the level, you would see and concur with me, I'm sure. That is my beef that it was INSTALLED crooked, not MADE crooked.
