      I have been expecting a medicine in the mail. Canada Post tracking updated the status as of 10:12pm last night saying: Item arrived ******, **, 10:12pm.Item processed, 12:18am. Item departed ******, 4:33am (?!). Item arrived ******, 4:48am (back?!) Item processed (again!), 4:30am Out for delivery, 6:49am (:-)Notice card left indicating where and when to pick u, p item ****** 7:51 (:-( No notice was found on the mailbox!Tried to contact Canada Post, voice assistance answered, "Sorry you did not receive the notice. Here is the notice number #####. Here is the direction to the post office".Had to take some time off from work to drive to the post office. There was nothing!!What a postal service!FALSE AND MISLEADING UPDATES, CAUSING WASTAGE OF CUSTOMER'S TIME AND BUSINESS DISRUPTION/INTERRUPTION. CALLOUS, INEFFICIENT, WORST!!!

      I'm a current employee of this joke of a corporation and boy do I have a bunch to say, if I could give em - stars I would. Not only do they take pride in s******* over their unionized employees, for a multi-billion dollar corporation they sure get stingy whenever it comes to your money and not theirs. Flyers > Employees, half (if not all) of management has never delivered a piece of mail in their life but somehow manage people that do it for a living. Most of the Local Unions you pay dues into for support and assistance are almost as laughable as the Company. All this qnd more really is just the tip, I haven't even gotten into their terrible delivery service/methods. For example, I am currently waiting on important mail that was allegedly sent through *********** from ****** to *******. XpressMusic Post takes 3 days at the *** and it has now been over a week with no sign of this mail and not even a single update in its transition. This is exactly why ******************* etc are claiming their customers/employees and taking their business. Canada Post has proven time and time again to both its employees and customers that they should look elsewhere to receive the service they need or else expect a lot of frustration and disappointment. My recommendations are for Canada Post to get their sh*t together or pass the torch. ??

      i left them clear instructions to call on delivery because my buildings buzzer system is broken .... they didnt even try to do that and left a slip telling me to pick up my package on the other side of ******* no where near my house ... there are three post offices in my neighbourhood... also the package was here on friday and they sent it to the only location that closes at 5 pm so now i have to go there today pick up the package which is VERY large and then wait for a ride because none of my friends or family can go before 5 because they work ... this has been the most inconvenient service ive ever recived... not happy i will start using *** or ***** from now on.

      If I could give zero I would. Months of agony from April 2023, Ive been having my mail missing. I had one delivered at 2am, no proof ok. Sept 4,2023 I call them and tell them Im getting mail from cra and I know the man will steal it because he ONLY takes my sensitive mail. 3 pieces come, he keeps them. Supervisor of depot constantly giving me run around. Lied on a complaint notice he spoke to me, when I was in distress over all my mail. I finally have the police with proof this man is stealing my mail, police call depot. The supervisor lies that the man is no longer on this route. Proof on camera he is and in fact withholding mail from tenants. Months revenue Canada and all my family and I mail and information jeopardize. Our documents and information distributed and tampered with. MONTHS MONTHS! All of a sudden, someone in our building has information about myself that are not on file. They made false claims to cra using this info after breaching my privacy. MONTHS I told them and filed complaints. Pregnant and going through nothing but torment from these ppl that are working together to violate my human rights ! I told them over and over that man knows hes stealing my mail for a reason to do with this building! Im sick to my stomach to know that him and other ppl in power have my entire family info using it to their advantage! I promise you im not scared of any of you, you cant continue to bully me and youre not getting me out of my house this way! I am going to make sure EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PAYS 10 FOLDS!!! I shouldve have to beg and go through this to get my mail, and again Ill and discrimination is an issue and I have enough to prove that. Im going to make every single one that responsible famous for being criminals with money and backup with millions.

      Most consistently late delivery service I've ever used. Best case scenario packages are here on the last estimated day. More often than not they end up being about a week later than that. Eg. I place an order where I pay extra for express that says 3-5 business days but its usually closer to ***** days.Also ridiculous that my delivery person never tries to leave my packages, knock, or ring my doorbell. They just walk right up with the 'sorry we tried to deliver it' slip in the first place before actually trying to deliver the package. Incredibly frustrating that I pay for a service from them and don't actually ever get said service.Finally If you call in to complain about any of this then they just tell you to make a ticket that gets 'resolved' without actually being answered two months later.TL;DR worst shipping company operating in Canada. Avoid at all costs.

      I had repeat communications (5 exchanges) regarding Canada Post (**) hold mail service failure. I've got my refund for their failure to perform but no explanation about where my held mail is. The first response on my website complaint on January 23rd was that the from ** was January 26, ****. The last one Sent on Sunday, February 4, **** was: Dear Customer,Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention and please be assured that we are focused on providing a high standard of service to our customers. Please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties you have faced.We have sent an urgent follow up to the depot supervisor to check this issue and help you get more information. The reference number for this request is .... and it has a resolution period of 3 business days.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any questions or require additional details related to this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.Sincerely...Today is February 16th and there is no communication from ** yet. I am beyond disapointment regarding the ** lack of accountability.

      Really dissatisfied and frustrated. Used ********** international services after more than 14 business day or delivered, yo are not going to respect the delivery time offered (3 to 7 business days), I made a ticket and the expected answer will be in 2 months, Are you kidding? and I contact your costumer service totally unacceptable to say, nothing to do, just make a ticket investigation. One word: Incompetent, **** 1 star in the scale of 100 stars.

I was able to find a Service ticket that has been opened with Canada Post ******** care on February 1st , **** regarding your international Registered Mail and it is currently with our ****************** This is not the experience we want for our customers and regret the stress and any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately it may take up to 30 days to receive a response from the foreign postal administration, whereas International Registered Mail inquiries may take up to 60 days.       Canada Post continues to show that they are absolutely incompetent. I was expecting a package today and have been waiting for it since it required a signature. However they left a notice in my mailbox with the time of their "delivery" future stamped. So it looks like they were never going to deliver my package to my door. They just want to send it back to a drop off that I don't have time to get to tomorrow. However, they delivered all my parents items and even left a package at the door. How is it possible to deliver my parents items to the door while mine (which requires a signature) can't be delivered and a notice is left instead? I don't know how these guys still have jobs.

      Canada Post drivers need to check their attitude. Don't hit your horn because you are slow and got passed (at a moderate speed) in a residential area. You are NOT the school bus and I have every right to pass you if I want. Keep your hands off your horn and on your job, or you won't have one for very long!~Guy from the **************

      I am always so disappointed when I order a package and they choose Canada Post for shipping. Unfortunately, six purchases were sent by Canada Post in the last month. Of the six, four were way outside they're shipping dates because they had to be re-routed due to a processing error by Canada Post. Four out of six mistakes! Terrible, terrible service.
