1 starNo accountability. I paid $30 to express ship six pieces of paper and they basically treated it like regular mail. It will end up taking six days to get 1.5hr away. I have to reprint the paper and drive them myself as it was critical they be there by a certain date. They reimbursed me for the mistake, but refused to cover my costs for having to drive it myself. Zero accountability. Company lost $800M in ************************* business, even though they claim they get zero help from the government financially.Canada Post Corporation

Thank you for your feedback. This is not the experience we want for our customers and regret the stress and inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately there can be unforeseen delays in the network. When this occurs postage is guarantee and refunded for Xpresspost. Unfortunately in our terms and conditions we do not cover incurred costs ********************************************************************************************************************************************* Your feedback will be passed on regarding this policy. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.Canada Post *************Review fromAp D

1 starIf I could a zero star review, I would. I submitted my passport renewal in person to have the new one sent to me by registered mail. I work from home and not once did Canada Post try to deliver to my house. Though I still checked my community mailbox, I never once received a notification for pickup. On a hunch I went to the pickup location in my neighbourhood to inquire, and my renewed passport was there. To think that I might not have received my passport because the letter carrier couldnt be bothered to try to deliver to my home first, really, really, ticks me off. If it had been sent back to Service Canada for non delivery because of Canada Posts negligence, I hate to think what kind of nightmare I would have to go through to try and get it redelivered or wait hours in person at a Service Canada location far from my home.I have had numerous instances where regular mail I have been expecting never arrives (likely because it was put in the wrong mailbox and whomever received it, didnt bother to have it redirected). I do know that carriers get paid for their 8 hour day to complete their route. If they finish their route in 4 hours, they have the rest of the day off. Is this a matter of the carrier being lazy? There needs to be better measures in place by Canada Post, particularly where sensitive mail is concerned.Canada Post Corporation

1 starCanada Post failed to deliver my parcel. They make every effort to not be helpful. If you try to complain they want you to blame an individual rather than their failure as a company to give customer service.Canada Post Corporation

Thank you for the feedback on your expected parcel, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately for any claims for loss as per the Canada Post Terms and Conditions the sender would be the one to file the claim, in addition they would be required to submit the documentation regarding the proof of mailing and proof of value of the item. This is required to complete the claims process. Please see the terms and conditions at ********************************************************************************************************************************************* please see section 12.1.8 Making a Claim for Loss, Damage or COD Service Failure..Again we are very sorry for this unforeseen service failure on the part of Canada Post. 1 starDelivery is scanned at a location which is 100km away but surprisingly it never made to my city in a day let alone get scanned in my city. I wonder if the truck got robbed or any worse. I wonder what have happened to other people parcels. How is it possible if a drive picked up delivery and never made it to the warehouse atleast in a whole day and when calling the support they cant update since they dont have much power I wonder whats the point of them working if they cant reach the driver or the warehouse to get any update so they can update the receiver. Its just not soothing right. I have so much to say but I feel like the call service has no point of being available since they cant do much then tell me the same thing the computer tells me.Canada Post Corporation

1 starFor the last 5 years, we have not received any parcels/packages from Canada post. I'm am home 99% of the time, so that's not an excuse for them to not deliver anything. When I have gone to the post office to enquire if anything is there for me because tracking says it's been delivered, it is sometimes there. When I asked why it is not delivered to my condo mail box or my door, I have been told MULTIPLE TIMES that they do not deliver to my kind(yes, those are the exact words). When I ask what is meant by that, no one ever answers. I have asked this to 3 different people working at the post office and it's the same reply. Now I have had the last 2 packages not show up anywhere. Tracking says delivered, post office people say nothing for me there, and I cannot get beyond a chat bot on the phone and app. No way to reach anyone in person to find out what is going on.If I could give negative stars, I would!Canada Post Corporation

1 stari purchased mail fowarding and put up a new post and mailbox. Then I received a notice to raise the msilbox 3 inches. Until I do Canada Post will NOT DELIVER MY MAIL NOR WILL THEY ALLOW ME TO PICK IT UP AT POST OFFICE. I have 10 days to comply. Meantime it takes several days to hire someone to do the job as I cannot do it myself. I do not know if that is a policy or individual post office decision. The local post office personnel have been totally unhelpful and inflexible.Canada Post Corporation

1 starI'm a current employee of this joke of a corporation and boy do I have a bunch to say, if I could give em - stars I would. Not only do they take pride in s******* over their unionized employees, for a multi-billion dollar corporation they sure get stingy whenever it comes to your money and not theirs. Flyers > Employees, half (if not all) of management has never delivered a piece of mail in their life but somehow manage people that do it for a living. Most of the Local Unions you pay dues into for support and assistance are almost as laughable as the Company. All this qnd more really is just the tip, I haven't even gotten into their terrible delivery service/methods. For example, I am currently waiting on important mail that was allegedly sent through *********** from ****** to *******. XpressMusic Post takes 3 days at the *** and it has now been over a week with no sign of this mail and not even a single update in its transition. This is exactly why ******************* etc are claiming their customers/employees and taking their business. Canada Post has proven time and time again to both its employees and customers that they should look elsewhere to receive the service they need or else expect a lot of frustration and disappointment. My recommendations are for Canada Post to get their sh*t together or pass the torch. ??Canada Post Corporation
