    Mason Windows supplied the windows for a 98 unit multi-residential charitable non-profit.

    We have tried to reach them after the first year of installation to return to complete warranty work and to provide repairs to the windows and replacement screens. We haven't received any call backs to obtain service for either warranty / outstanding deficiencies or just repairs that we would be willing to pay for.

    House was build in 2017. and this Mason windows were subcontracted to install all the windows. It seems there are many others with the same issues . Some of these issues were resolved and some are still struggling . I bought this property in June 2022 and have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a month and have reached out to the builder as well. Mason windows have not returned my daily calls and neither have the responded to my emails. I am feeling stuck with this problem when the usual life of a window can be 15-20 years. This company is not even responding , let alone to repair the windows. All I want is my windows to be repaired.
