            Mason Windows supplied the windows for a 98 unit multi-residential charitable non-profit. We have tried to reach them after the first year of installation to return to complete warranty work and to provide repairs to the windows and replacement screens. We haven't received any call backs to obtain service for either warranty / outstanding deficiencies or just repairs that we would be willing to pay for.

            windows leaking (seal issue)we have tried for several years to get them replaced they have measured 10 of our windows for replacement but will not answer emails or reply to ** they blame the seal for the window leaking ********* used then so many on my street have had replacements...terrible service gave them 1 star that was the minimum
