    Global Allianz will do whatever they could not to pay you your claim. ************* **** **** ******* ******* insurance provided by credit cards like purchase protection travel and extended warranty etc. Without the credit card provided coverage * ***** ***** ******* ***** ** ******** **** ****. I personally had an experience with them when I lost my cellphone and submitted a claim thinking I will get some customer service ******* ** **** *** *** ** ***** ********** ****** ** **** **** **** *** ** *** they rejected my claim for no reason, just provided some phrases referring to the policy . They asked for costly documentations that takes months. And the claim would literally take years. * ******* ********** *** *** ***** ******* ***** ****** ***** ** ******** **** *****

I purchased two tickets for an event, I was so looking forward to attending and spent close to $400.00 for two tickets. I submitted four times to them; twice on online and twice hard copies through mail; sending everything they requested. When we first had to cancel it was because ** ******* become ill a day before the flight. They requested a doctor's note within 72 hours. We did that and more. We were also travelling for me for medical appointments in ********. When well, we rebooked and I got to my appointments. The letter of denial states; "Trip is defined as period of travel that is not for the purpose of obtaining health care of any kind." What is THAT! **** *** ***** ** ****** ***** ********** **** **** ********* **** *** * **** ** ****** * **** ************** *** ***** ***** ************

    Their policy is 8 to 10 weeks and could take longer before you see a refund. I will never use this company again and I am surprise **** *** offers this insurance on their web. This was the only reason why I went with them because I thought they must be okay for **** *** to advertise them on their web site. I had to pay for letters ect from doctors that they requested. ** ****** ** ***** ** ******** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** ** *** *** *** ****. By the time she will get home we probably still wont see our money. This is unacceptable and leaves us not being able to book another vacation till we see our money. NEVER AGAIN. ***** *** **** ********* ********

    I would never use this company. Again. I Purchased insurance from Allianz, A health issue arose, I am no longer mobile, I provided all paper work and reports they asked for.At my own cost accumulated more letters from doctors at my cost and submitted them. Representatives would tell me the previous representative informed me incorrectly, patiently over the course of 6 months I continued with these dead end conversations. I have no mobility and cannot travel, even by automobile and they denied my claim. I was reimbursed for my initial insurance coverage from them, monies I paid for the insurance. **** ** * **** ******* *** it is unfortunate that the company I booked my flight had on their website.     I bought annual unlimited travel insurance but they denied my claim , which I got stuck in Japan due to storm , I provide hotel invoice and two meals receipt but they said not enough document ! No other reason ! *** ******** Also it took so long to get claim ID , at least transfer 5 agents !

    Allianz Global Assistance…***************NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
    We have been working on a claim for $465.55 from May 2023 til Nov 2023, provided receipts from ******** medical certificates, flight itinerary and nothing.
