      The salespeople are focused on one thing only and thats to get you to sign the contract. They did not explain their cancellation policy completely. In fact said you can cancel anytime. They failed to mention theres a hefty fee if you cancel. Also in our case the product made no difference whatsoever Then they use the excuse it takes over two applications to become effective. What the heck? By that time youre into July or August and most bugs are gone. What a scam. Zero stars for me.

Please know that any issues you encountered were not intentional on our part.We want to ensure that every customer fully understands the services theyre committing to before moving forward, including promptly emailing the service agreement for review. From your comments, it seems that you did receive and review the agreement before making your decision, which we appreciate. At times, sales conversations can become overly focused on certain aspects of the program, causing other important details to be overlooked, and for that, we apologize. Many of our long-term customers have signed up through similar sales interactions at their front door and continue to trust us with their pest control needs year after year. Please know that we make every effort to provide comprehensive training to all our technicians to ensure high-quality service. Additionally, we offer free follow-up services for our customers, which are available at any time to address any further concerns or needs you may have. 
      Your satisfaction is important to us, and were here to support you every step of the way.

      Terrible customer service. You cannot reach anyone to confirm when they will arrive for servicing, to ask questions about servicing in advance or post scheduled visits. 4 weeks after spraying our house in the summer and spiders are still around, we've asked for a refund and cancelation of future services (as we signed on for a full year of services). Their response was no to the refund of the first service and that if we opt to cancel they will charge a break fee equal to the cost of the next spray/visit. We were also promised they would spray for ticks by the door to door sales person and they have not lived up to that promise.... in fact according to their website, they do not spray for ticks. We may report them at this point. ***** **** ******* ** *** ********

We cannot refund on services rendered in full whereby the money back guarantee policy is not followed. We are very sorry that you sought services outside of our scope and that we were unable to accommodate you at this time. It truly saddens us to know that you had such a poor experience with our team and would love to maintain an open line of communication so we can turn this into constructive growth in your community.

      Not satisfactory . ******** made promises the company could not keep. Salesmen hired from **** & not aware or just making promises he KNEW were wrong to make a sale !! Promised the technician would spray my attic. But on initial visit, tech said not something they do. Also said his weight plus weight of the equipment was too much for the ladder & would be liability for the company if he fell on ladder or fell through the attic flooring !! Tech overweight !!! Unbelievable that this company would hire salesperson from **** to make don't to door sales with out proper knowledge of company policies !!! I asked tech to leave. I no longer wanted their service. Within minutes, he returned with a local office manager on his cell phone. She stated he could go up the ladder & just spray around from the top of the steps . I was furious by then & told her I no longer wanted their service & wanted to speak to the owner.

      *****. They have been door to door on our private lane which may be ***********. Also, giving out full names and house numbers of their clients which seems like a breach of privacy. Not appreciated, not professional.
