      For years I had mice in my house. Could never figure out how they got in. It took the techs at insight about 6 months to totally stop mice from getting in my house. Over the years I have been with them ,they have been very courteous and diligent and not only cured my mouse problem but no longer have spiders or ants to deal with. During my most recent visit from insight tech *********************** some of my dogs bones were accidentally sprayed. He went to the local pet food store and purchased new ones . Thanks for the amazing service

      ****** * ***** ** ****** ** **** ******** I'd like to commend Heili C. and Piyush V. for the quality of their customer care. They handled my questions and complaints very professionally. But, that is where it ends.... **** ******* *** *** ******** *** * ***** ****. They ***** you into signing a 1-year contract and then you are at their mercy. Phone calls and emails are not responded to. Numerous requests for the salesperson who signed me up (initials are B.B.) to call me have been totally ignored. They charged me for a service that was not completed and would not reverse the charge on my card. This charge was put onto my credit card and they did not advise or send me an invoice noting the charge. I went online to my cc account and happened to see the charge. I waited on hold for at least 20 minutes before leaving a callback number in frustration - no one ever called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone in customer service (2 people on 2 different days), they just ****** * ***** ** **** *** contradicted each other. The list goes on and on. ** *** ****** **** **** ******** They operate with ****** *** pressure. I broke my own rule: Never do any transactions at the door - I completely regret having been "charmed" by B.B. - ** ** * ***** ***** ****** *** * ******* **** ********* ******* **** *** ********* ** *** **** *** *** *** *** * ****

      Did not live up to sales promises. I was told they would spray in the walls to kill any ants. That never happened. They treated an ant hill that remains full of ants. And I was told I could cancel at any time without issue. I see this is definitely not the case. AND you can easily go buy the stuff yourself and do it at a fraction of the cost. Not happy at all. ***** ******

Please be advised that even in the best of circumstances, pests will always exist! Our services aim to control pest populations and prevent the manifestation of infestations within your home. We understand the frustration caused by the unpredictability of nature, but that's why we offer such generous warranty programs to come back and retreat at no extra cost for up to 3 months between regular services!Most importantly, we'd like to clarify that all customers ARE able to cancel at ANY time - however, there are applicable penalties to terminate services while within the initial term of service, as is standard for most annual subscription services. We understand life happens though, and we're always more than willing to open a discussion about how to make accommodations in the event that you decide that our services are not meeting your household needs.

      I am very concerned about door to door sales that want you to sign up for a service without any form of documentation. I thought Insight Pest Solutions might be different until the salesperson told me there were only two spots left in my neighbourhood at the promotional price and that I needed to make a decision right away. A sales technique that appeals to the fear of missing out. No one should feel pressured to sign a contract and should be suspect of any business that uses this sales technique. As well, *** ** ********* ** ***** ******* the privacy of my neighbours had been violated.

      Total waste of money and time.They dont respect customers privacy or wishes. * ** * ******* *** ******** ***** so my house is rented. And the renter refused services yet in Feburary of this yeas Insight apparently went a head and did the service, they were on my property illegaly without permission.Now they expect me to pay for the same.** *** **** ** *** ***** ******* **** **** **** **** * **** **** ***** *********

      I was very impressed by ******'s visit to ** last week. He was genuinely interested in what we had to ask him on worrying about our pets etc. and explained in detail how the mouse boxes worked and that we wouldn't have to worry about their safety.He honestly went above and beyond the call of duty with his assurances and consequently, the work done for us.Thank you ************************* * *************************

      ******* signing a contract on a driveway is not advisable. This company doesn’t tell you it will charge you quarterly service charges of $250+. Totalling 1000$ a year!!!There is a 100$ cancellation fee. They had no mouse bait boxes when service started so I only received part of the protection and was charged full service cost. Use nice young sales people for the unassuming customer. ****** **** ** ***** * ****

      Door salesman came to sell the service to my neighborhood and offered a deal for quarterly service and said I could cancel at anytime but to sign up now while there was still a spot. What they did not tell me was that there would be a $200 closing cost for canceling. The service was okay. the specialist was super nice and professional but all they do is lay ant traps and spray their pesticides. I can do that myself. Only reason I signed up was because we were having a bad ant and hornet problem with all the rain. it was the worst weve seen it in the years we have lived here so thought the timing was right to try. I was planning to cancel after first service but then found out about closing cost. Not happy. We just had a baby and my wife is not working so we cant afford to pay either the closing cost or the service and they said there is nothing they can do.

      Ineffective treatments and satisfaction guarantee is not true. The sales person came to my door and lied to me about neighbours being long time customers, only for me to find out later it's not true. I was told I'd be charged again in October, I figured I had time to cancel and get the money back guarantee, I was charged one month early
