      Put in to see a 2011 **** ****** 195,000km price $5,999. Told just before getting to the dealer the vehicle was sold. The vehicle then was taken off the inventory list. I saw another vehicle I wanted to possibly purchase and headed to the dealer and noticed the **** ****** was back on the inventory for sale again. I was told the vehicle I wanted to see was sold and it was on the lot. The **** ****** was still on the lot and just to see if the inventory listing was real I asked about the **** ****** and was told again it was sold and hadn't been picked up snd was going to be certified by the same sales person. So I left Right Choice Auto Ssles *** **** **** ******* *** *** **** ** **** **** I then went on to **** ****** to look for cars such as a ******. A couple minutes time elapsed and I came across that car for sale at the dealer listed. I clicked on yhe listing and it was the exact same car and price as before. I clicked on book a showing just to see if the car was actually sold or not. Within a couple of minutes I got an email back from Right Choice Auto Sales asking what time I wanted booked to visit the dealership to view the **** ******. I have reported this to OMVIC ** * *********. OMVIC specifically told me that the car had been bought in December 2023 and had not been plated.       As we have already shared with you, the vehicle was already sold. It is still on the lot and has not been registered because the purchaser is completing his G2. It takes a few days for the sold unit to come off our website and listings. The response you received is an automated response from our web provider that schedules appointments.
      The sale date in December you are referring to is when the dealership purchased the car and registered it for inventory. That's why it was not plated, which is common practice in this industry.

      Luis is a amazing person to deal with he is very understanding when coming to my vehicle breaking down and is always there to help me and my family to fix it and get back on the road I would highly recommend this place they are sooo easy going

      Bought a **** ***** ******** from here for 17k the day after I
      picked up check engine light came on for a
      cylinder 2 misfire called them they told me the
      car had no history of check engine lights the
      whole time they had it yet when I took it to
      dodge to find our why the light came dodge
      had said the light had been reset roughly 150
      km prior to the light coming on which is the
      duration I can take for the light to come on. I
      took into them they said they would fix the
      issue so I brought it to them 3 times before
      they replaced anything they said they replaced
      the coil packs light came back on 3 days later
      for the exact same issue I tried contacting
      them numerous times they wouldn't answer
      their phones and when they did they would
      say their mechanic wasn't in that day
      On top of that I replaced both headlights
      because they were burnt out, tires were next
      to bald and had to replaced, needed a bunch
      parts in the front end, needed thermostat and
      waterpump replaced. Ive put a ton of money
      into repairs of a vehicle they saftied ****** ****** ** ******* and sold me 4 months ago
      They are ***** and will do everything in their
      power to avoid you after selling you junk.

      ****** the **** was sold to you almost a year ago. we replaced one coil and another failed. we cannot predict failures. we did not resett the light, and there is NO software that can tell you when a light was reset. this is just NOT true. As for tires, we clearly should you measurements that they passed a safety . as for headlights, they do fail. please feel free to reach out as we will happily discuss with you further. we sell 1000s of cars. we happily helpbmany customers when we are aware of the issues.

      Funny that you say you replaced a coil and another failed yet the misfire never moved from cylinder 2 my guy also you say that u can't see when it's been reset then ur "mechanic" needs better tools because mine clearly says km since codes last cleared
      As for tires you guys didn't even measure them I brought up that I got pulled over and issued a warning that my tread depth was to low and your "mechanic" gazed at the tire didn't even actually really look at it or inspect it and said no that passes safety.
      I can't wait for enough people to come forward and get you guys shut down.

      Sold me a vehicle with a broken back up camera and the other key fob was not working.
      I had to email the owner constantly to get a response to book an appointment to get it looked at. The owner would purposely ignore my emails. So I had to go to OMVIC and get it sorted out. He finally sent me an email after the ordeal. Nothing was done about it.
      Fast forward about 2 months, car was making awful noises. Ended up being an issue with the transfer case. Their mechanics couldn’t figure that out. They said they “tightened up a heat shield and changed a sensor so no more noise”. I took the car to another mechanic and they told me I’m lucky I came because the car was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. On top of this, the dealership will sell you the LOWEST warranty possible. $750 coverage? It cost $200 alone to get a vehicle diagnostic. *** **** ** *** ***** *************** *** the mechanics are *** *********** *** unreliable, *** *** ***** *********** ** **** **** *** **************. Scoffed at my comments about not getting my vehicle looked at by their mechanic ever again. ***** ****** ** *****. T*** *** ****** ** *** *** ** ****. They sell visually appealing cars, but ****** * ****** ****** **** ********. I’ve only had the vehicle for three months and I’ve already spent over $2000 fixing it!!

      We just wanted to follow up on some of your concerns. The warentee you are referring to was free and included in the price of the car. As for the camera, we informed you prior to purchase that the camera worked but would occasionally show an inverted image. Both the dealer and I told you the repair parts have been discontinued and are unavailable. We have no record of you contacting us for anything besides the camera issue.       Thank you for the follow-up. I have the original email from our first conversation stating that when you had the vehicle, you inspected it and it worked. That reply was a few days after I bought the vehicle. I was also with someone at the time of purchase, and I asked if there were any problems with the vehicle and asked for a CARFAX. The salesperson didn't bother showing me the CARFAX but instead told me everything was kept up to date without any problems. The salesperson and the dealer did not tell me about the camera until after I purchased the car. Even if they did, I would not have bought it, and at the least would have asked for a bit of a discount with the broken rearview camera. If you have any record of either of you telling me beforehand that the camera was a huge malfunction, please let me know and I would also like to see it as well. I have never experienced such horrible customer service!

      This business has **** to me from the beginning I thought I was buying the vehicle but I didn't know till I came to pick up the vehicle and I signed it then told me I was leasing it I have gave them in total 21500 for a 9 year old van plus had to pay 500 for new tiers witch they should have done before I got the van now they are demanding more money from me
