    We are told we can see our test results in 4 hours. That was not true. It has been 5 days I still can not see my results. Both website and app are not working properly, crashes all time and of course there is a looong wait time for phone calls. I do not recommend to anybody, ***** ***** **** ***** *** ***** * **** * *** **** *** ******* *******

    I tried to create an account and they said there was an error with my info. I went back to the lab and the confirmed all of the information and the PIN i was entering was correct I have sent three emails with no response and now been waiting for someone to answer the phone for an hour and a half **** ***** ** * *****
