    The Matheson location in Mississauga ** ****** * ***. I went on May 29, 2025 to get blood taken for a standing requisition ** ** ***** *** ******* and they have no record of me coming.     I was told 43 minutes of wait time when I checked in, but ended up waiting there for 87 minutes. When asked, "we are short if staff"
    It is the basic right of every patient to get the results of his or her tests and lab can't refuse it once they verify the identity of the patient.
    But this lab does not give u the results unless u pay them $10.
    I called there 1 800 number and spoke to a manager Jennifer J *** ****. She verified my identity but refused to email me my result. She said the only way for me to get the results was to pay them $10 as subscription fee. She said even if I go the the location where I gave the sample, they would not give me my results without me paying them $10 to subscribe to their app.
    She said that the amount I paid was only for conducting the tests and did not include the charges for providing the patient with the results. ***** ** ************ * ******* ** ** ******* ************ ** ******** *** *** ****** *** ***** ** ******* ** ******* ** ** ***** ******* *** ***** **** **** I made a stupid mistake and went to Dynacare.

    NIPT Test Gender Results. Waited 2 times as long as expected and still did not get gender results. Customer Service email and call systems are extremely unhelpful when they even work. ******** ***** ** ***** * * **** *******

    As a senior in my 80's and needing Blood work,, I am impressed and happy to get Helina to look after me and seems like Karma when I get there and see her smiling face,, although I don't request her service,, seems like we end up for EKG and Blood work she performs perfectly well and very polite. A pleasure to do business with Dynacare with knowledgeable and good attitude staff.

    I wish i did my bloodwork with ********. I had no idea the dynacare is begging for money from you so you can see the test results. It is free to see your results if the test done at ********. ******** ******* **** **** ** ***** **** *** ** ****** **** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ******* ****** *** ***** They ask you to register and pay $10. **** * ******

    ******** **** ** *** ***** ******* ***** I paid $ 11.29 for membership on Sep.18.2023, they took my money, but I was never able to see my results because their web page never worked.
    So I asked them a few times via e-mails and a letter to their headquarters to cancel my membership and refund my money.
    **** *** ********* ***** ******* they just ignore my requests, but they are still keeping my money.
    I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS LAB. **** *** ********

    This is the most irritating app I have ever had the displeasure of working with...5 days, 3 emails with no response, phone call with no answer,.. The only thing that worked was taking my payment. Very poor site.

    Dynacare plus has the worst customer service support that I have ever encountered. Every time I try and login to my account, the system rejects my password and I have to create a new one. If I try and re-enter my old password, for the new one, the system rejects it because it was previously used. So the system knows my old password but forces me to create a different one. I have been dealing with this problem for over one year. Emails and phone calls have not resolved the problem.
