      Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday - it was not, claimed “failed attempt.” There was NO ATTEMPT even made because we were outside when they claimed it was delivered. ***** **** ******* ** today - package was delivered at the front door. Guess what? No delivery, and we checked with our neighbours - no one has this package.
      Made a call - TForce doesn’t care and they’re not going to do anything about it. They won’t contact the driver to have them go back to where it was “miraculously” delivered and have it brought to the correct address.
      We asked to speak to a supervisor - transferred the call to some ****** who claimed they couldn’t hear us and then hung up.
      Made another call to request that a supervisor call back - and we waited over an hour……….received no phone call.
      We called, AGAIN. Now this new person says that they CAN contact the driver (wow, amazing how the excuse changed) and find out what is going on and will provide us with the pictures that the driver sent.
      Waited for an email to see where this shipment ended up…………..received email of a picture of a front door that DOES NOT BELONG TO OUR ADDRESS.
      Had to call my bank - again - to have the replacement card cancelled (and they so graciously waived the $25 “rush” fee), and the new one sent to my local branch and I had to make a special request that they NOT use TForce Logistics at all.
      ** ******* ** now requesting a driver to return to whatever address it was mistakenly delivered to and have it brought to our address - even though the card cannot be used - and he’s requesting that they do this tomorrow, yea, on a weekend, in a rural area - **** ** ********* ** ******** ******** ** also requested that they send a transcript of every conversation that has transpired so far - aaaaaannnd they can’t do that either. Then they hung up.
      Multiple emails that have been sent have been ignored and no one seems to care about making this right.

      Package left on Saturday night with delivery location closed. ***** ** ******* Delivery people leave package literally on a sidewalk of the major street at night with address location closed. ***** ******* ***** ****** *** ** *********

      ** * ***** **** ** ******** * ***** * *****. Ordered a package from ****** and UNFORTUNATELY they use them!! They delivered the package to the wrong address and have been giving me the go around for the last week!!! They send you to a call center in India and they dont know anything and cant help with anything. ******* * ****** *** **** **** ** * ****** ***** ****** *** **** ******

      **** ****** Horrible experience. I bought ******* from ******* and unfortunately they use this ***** ****** ** * company to do their deliveries. It should have been delivered on Dec 2, the package got an exception (whatever that means), delivery date got rescheduled to Dec 3, then 4, then 5… now there’s no delivery date on the tracking page. I called ******* but they were no help, I called TForce and surprise surprise, no help either. I don’t know if the package is lost, if it’s stolen, or if it will ever arrive. Never again. * ***** **** *** **** *** ***** ** *********

      **** ** *** ***** ******** ******* ***** **** ****** ****** ****** Both tforce amd ****** are giving me the run around for a jacket I purchased. It was suppose to arrive on Sept 12 2024 ETA. And still have not received it yet. Says on email my package is on the way. Still nothing. It says shortening Sept 12th. What ever that means. ****** is telling me there waiting on tforce to pickup my package and tforce is saying there waiting on ****** to send it????????. Customer service on both ends are saying absolutely the same thing. **** **** **** ****** ****** **** ****** ** **** *** ******* ** * ***** **** **** * ******** ****** *** **** * ****** Than to find out the the call center for Tforce is not in ontario ** ** ** *****. *** * *** *** ***** *** *** ** **. Than I was told by some guy from tforce in ***** that a woman would call to explain its not tforce fault it's ******. Still waiting for the call. ** *** * ******* ** **** *** ********** *** **** ******. I called back tforce *** ****** to speak the supervisor AGAIN and he is no where to be found. ******** ** **** ** *** ********* *** ******** *** ****** **** ******

      This is the ***** shipping company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, they couldn't deliver a package to their own home! I live on a secondary provincial highway and for three weeks the tell me they can't find the house after multiple calls and emails detailing the exact location and the eventually return the package to the sender! ** *** *** **** ******* *** ******** ** *** **** * ******* ** ** **********

      ******** company with no actual customer service agents, when inquiring about a package that has been missing for a week the only reply I can receive is an automated response. I received a notification that my package was undeliverable due to blocked access (I was home all day, no access to the house was blocked) and now the package is missing.

      *** ****** ***** my $350 worth package, never to be seen again. When I filed a complaint with the company, both times the reps provided me with a photo the driver uploaded. Same photo of the package on a piece of concrete that looks nothing like the front of my door.
      This company is *******, questionable, and *************. **** *** **** *** ***** ******* ***** **** ******** ******* ************* **** **** **** **** **** ***** ***** ******* *** **** ******** *** *** *** ** **** **** ******* *** *****. And good luck getting ahold of them.

      Absolutely horrendous service, both customer service as well as delivery. Had a package shipped from Etobicoke to Scarborough to a **** *** commercial business and they couldn't even deliver during hours of operation.
      I then proceeded to get an email asking me to send the hours of operations for a store I don't run. How to you run a logistics company without knowing what is residential and what is a commercial delivery.
      What should have taken a day is now taking a week to deliver. **** ** *** **** ****** ****** ***** **** ****** *** ***** ***** ******* ******** ****** would never recommend to anyone ********* ** ***** *****

      This is ridiculous. ******* is using TForce and every single time I make an order I receive a message from Tforce saying they were somehow "unable to deliver". All while I am at home, close to my door, and my camera overlooking both my door as well as the street in front of my house shows that absolutely no truck came by to deliver. And it's not like I live in some remote boonyland hard to access place. Regular street, close to highway, regular house, nothing hidden, no buzz code, no gate nothing. Every time I message them to complain I explain everything, and they have the nerve to not read my message at all and email me that "the driver was unable to access". Its just ridiculous.
