      **** ** ** *** *** ***** ******** ******* ***** I’ve ordered a valuable kitchen appliance and the delivery happened while I was at work. Fine. the driver left a note on my door saying he will try to deliver again the next business day, no issue for now.
      I’ve stayed home from work ALL DAY waiting for the delivery to happen as Canpar didn’t give me any option online with the tracking number to reschedule or sign electronically. Ive contacted customer service three times that day and they guaranteed the delivery will occur the same day. As you can imagine, it did NOT happen.
      I was told a manager will call me. The next day, a manager called me saying the driver has the package and will deliver for sure this afternoon. I had to leave work once more to stay home so I wouldn’t miss the driver. He came and handed me one small very light box, made me sign and left. I was sure that couldn’t be it as the kitchen appliance was pretty massive and heavy. He had no idea there were two packages to deliver and told me I have to contact the warehouse….
      Anyway, in the end after talking to an agent, a manager told me I could come pick up the missing package at the warehouse anytime from now. I drove 40min and missed another full day of work for this reason. I finally got there, signed and got the package which was heavy and huge. The woman at the reception offered me to call someone to give me a hand to carry the package to my car, I said yes and she said that she would have to go find someone in the warehouse and not sure if it’s possible. * ** ******** *** I had to carry it by myself…

      **** ***** *** *** ****** ********** ******* ***** ******** ******** People take time off work to wait for deliveries, only to find a paper slip taped to the door — no knock, no call, no delivery attempt. Just a note telling them to pick up the package elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable.
      There is no one to hold accountable — the girl at the pickup counter just says, “I understand you” but offers no solution. No responsibility. No support.
      So please, stop wasting people's time. ***** **** ******* *** ***** *** ****** * ** ******* *** *** **** **** *** *** ** **** **** **** **** * ******* *********

      Stayed home all day and missed work, just for them to come and leave a note saying I was not home and sorry I missed you. Then the location they dropped it off at is across the city from me after they confirmed it would be dropped off 2 the 2 closest locations to my house. I would never recommend this delivery service to anyone, still haven’t went to get my package because **** ** *** ***.

      Just had the worst customer service experience ever! Package scheduled to be delivered today so stayed home all day. Received a notification after 7pm on a Friday that the courier tried to deliver but recipient was not home. Meanwhile I was home all day. Called the customer service line only to speak with a rep **** ****** ** ********. I asked to speak to a supervisor *** ** ****** ** ******* Told me it would cost me $10 to re- deliver. I told them I’m not paying that. He told me to call back on Monday if I want to complain. Would never recommend this company in a million years. *** **** **** ******* **** **** **********

      ***** ******** ******* ***** Driver couldn’t find our house, apparently, and we have to go pick up our parcel. I determine this after going on line and chatting with someone. No notice from canpar. I have ******** ** parcels delivered to this house weekly, but this delivery guy couldn’t find it. *** ****** ***** ** ***** ******* ** *** ****** ** ******* **** ** *********. ***** ** ********* ** ***** ********* ***** *** ****** ******* **** *****

      My pickup time was confirmed. When no one showed up in the pickup window, I called them and they hung up. I called back and was told my package is out for delivery, when I said it was a pickup he said they're running late and will be here in 20 minutes. After an hour passed I called back and they couldn't even find a confirmation number. This would indicate any information they provided was made up simply to end the call.
      If your business can handle the reputational risk of late deliveries and is financially sound enough to pay employees to sit around for hours then maybe use Canpar.

      Delivered my package to the wrong address. Tracking # showed as “delivered” “no signature available”. Signature was not available becauSe NOBODY EVER KNOCKED TO ASK FOR IT. “Proof of delivery” was a photo of my $200 package in the lobby of what appeared to be an apartment building. I do not live in an apartment building. The address the package had been ordered to was EXTREMELY CLEAR on the building at this exact same address. As in, the road sign is EXTREMELY CLEAR, and the F o U R numbers on the building are THE ONLY four number ON that building, and NO OTHER BUILDING shows those four numbers in that order, because THAT IS HOW ADDRESSES WORK. Took 15 minutes to get ahold of a real human being instead of a chatbot. This person said they “notified terminal” and “they will correct this”. Over 24 hours later the $200 package is not here. Can only reach a human being via chat Mon-Friday type hours. I am not going to waste MORE time calling a phone number at which they may or may not respond.

      Over 20 days to deliver. Contacted reps four times to get an update, long wait times to get a rep. Package (generator) left in a snow bank at the end of the driveway. Deliver "proof" indicated it was signed for...it was not, nor was a phone call made to advise it was at the driveway near the road. My ******** daughter could not lift it nor the ****** worker who found it.       Canpar Express ******* **** *********** delivery persons. While I was at home during their alleged delivery time and did not hear any knock on my house door, they just left a note that no one was available to sign receipt. I tried several times to call their customer service here in Surrey and nobody ever answered their phone. ***** **** *** ******* ** **** *****

      Can't get any support. They keep telling us to contact our "Account Rep". The "Account Rep" keeps claiming he is not our account rep.
