    Upon recommendation of my insurance I brought my car to this shop to repair the small dent on my ******** CLA 250 driver's side passenger door. My insurance had advised me to bring to their shop or it will take time to approve so I took their advise with the expectation my car will be in good hands. So same day I got a call from this shop to bring in my car for inspection and I was surprised the quote amount was 500 more than ********-**** has quoted me for. It never occurred to me that something ******** will happen to my car so I didn't take a picture as an evidence. I only took a picture of just the dent to be repaired. ****** ***** ***** ****** ******* ** * ***** *** ** *** *** *** ******** So I dropped off my car Thursday. It was clean and in good working condition no scratches except for the small dent to be repaired. Then Monday I got a call to pick up and I was so shocked to see how dirty it was, the front tire is muddy and it looks it was swapped with a worn out tire and there are Visible scratches on the rims. It looks to me the vehicle was driven *** ***** ***** **** **** ** *** *** * **** ** *** ******** I didn't pick up as I expected to see it back in the same condition it was dropped off. The mechanic was blaming the alignment for the bad tire, and told me the scratches are from the curve side crashes and told me the owner will call me but no one ever called me. So I called the insurance and told them about it. ********* ** ** ***** **** ** the insurance took their side and brushed off my claims. IF I had taken the pictures of my entire car and the odometer * ***** ***** *** ** *** ***** ** ***** ******. This is the best I can do share my horrible experience with this shop. ** ******** * ***** *** ***** **** **** ** **** ** ********* Lesson learned always take evidence use your phone.Do your homework **** ********** *** **** ************** **** **** ********* **** *** *** ** **** ***** **** *** ***** *** ***** *** *** *** ******** *****
