    Approx 6 years ago had a brand new furnace and A/C unit installed by **** and his crew, installation went well however the A/C unit has never worked properly since day one. I have had him out every spring to deal with the A/C not working, he adds refrigerant every time (temp fix) and finally last spring he replaced the coil and 1/2 of the line set in which I paid for a complete new line set replacement
    Again this spring turned on A/C for first time and it is not working. This has been a nightmare and horrible experience that he has put my family and I through. I am at a loss as to how he has not been able to Identify and make the necessary repairs over the last 6 years to this is brand new ****** equipment.
    The issue now is he wants me to pay $$$$ to have him come back and try to fix again when it has never been fixed properly since day one. ****** ******** ******* *** he says customers service is his number one priority
    Paid over $7000 dollars and got a lemon A/C unit.
    That is still not working. This is the worst experience of my life dealing with this guy. The inconvenience he has put my family and I through is horrendous.
    I would not recommend **** and his company to anyone .
