"****** **** **** *************Approx 6 years ago had a brand new furnace and A/C unit installed by **** and his crew, installation went well however the A/C unit has never worked properly since day one. I have had him out every spring to deal with the A/C not working, he adds refrigerant every time (temp fix) and finally last spring he replaced the coil and 1/2 of the line set in which I paid for a complete new line set replacementAgain this spring turned on A/C for first time and it is not working." ...
