    We have worked with Canada Copy for two years and they have done our calendars. We were very happy with them, those this year the production was slow. We paid them for 3oo bound books and were quoted a timeline to print both the first book to see what it would look like (which was great) but the whole process was well beyond their quoted time. As we did a presale for these books we had customers waiting. Not only was each step 2 weeks off the quoted time, when they did ship the books we received only half of them. It took another week and a bit for them to get us the remaining books which were still short 4 books. When this was brought up they continuously said that "production shipped the correct amount". Why would we lie about 4 books? **** ******  They did refund the four books. In the end the product was good, but the time delay, lack of communication, mistakes *** **** ******* ****** *** ********* ****** ** **** ***** ***** * ****** is enough. At no time were we giving quick shipping OR a partial refund due to the delay OR any compensation besides a "sorry" in one email. We will not be working with this company again *** ** ****** ******** ******* **** **** ** ********** **** ***** **** ** **** *********** ** **** ******* **** **** *** *** **** *** **** *** **** ****** **** they may not ship them all at once. ** ****** *** ** ***** ***** **** *** ******** ** ****** *********
