1 star**** ****** ** *** ***** ********** ******* ***** **** **** ******** Website (and subsequent emails) very unclear about uploading files. (Eventually learned need to submit 55 separate files! One for the backs of cards and one for each playing card.) First order - prepared as per perceived instructions, submitted order, learned it was incorrect, contacted them by telephone, were advised to cancel. Promised a refund a few times, but it never came. Same thing with 2nd attempt to place an order done the correct way, but apparently was still not right. Eventually gave up. I ordered calendars for my photography business. ***** **** *** ***** * ****** **** ******** ** *** *** *****. Firstly their online calendar builder was unusable. I wasted countless hours just trying to build my product to order. When I tried to contact no one ever answered the phone. After many calls and several messages eventually someone called me back days later. I called customer service to ask what happens if I am not happy with the print job. She said, “ Oh, don’t worry at all. If you are not happy with the calendars just let us know and we will gladly give you your money back”. She seemed convincing and pleasant so I went ahead with the order. When the calendars finally arrived 2 months later the calendar was horrible and completely unusable. The colours were inconsistent, there was colour bleeding, and the image quality and resolution were poor. * ******* ** ******* ****** *** I would just get a refund for the calendar which was unusable. They asked for photos which I sent. I then got a response, “Our policy clearly states that we do not provide refunds.” ???? I called and was clearly told that they would happily refund me if I wasn’t happy with the print job and now this? They told me to ship the calendars back to them at my expense, they would then take a look at them, and if they deemed them unacceptable they would reprint them and send me another batch. This was totally unacceptable. 1 starTerrible customer service. As soon as I submitted my order, I realized I missed something and contacted the company saying I needed to edit my cover page. Rarely did anyone answer the phone and when they did, they stated I had to email the printery. I emailed the customer support and did not receive replies for over 24 hours at a time. At first they stated my file was corrupted so I asked to cancel my order and get a refund... they then stated they would try to recover it... still not giving me solution on how to edit my cover page... after calling every hour for an entire day with no one answering the phone, the next day I finally got a customer service rep and very nicely told her I just needed to cancel my order... I thought this had happened but when I opened my email, she sent me a message saying they had retrieved my file and did I still want to proceed with the order, offering me no advice on how to make edits to my cover page... I replied, no, please cancel my order and issue a refund. I clicked on the link in the email that would show my calendar and it was not mine, it was someone else's calendar!! 1 star**** **** **** ****** **** This winter I started an online order for some printing with Canada Copy. Before I could complete my order, two members of my family became critically ill; one of whom subsequently died. I explained the situation to Julie in Customer Service. She advised me that she completely understood, and that a refund would be processed immediately. Since March several phone calls & emails later, I still have not received my refund of $600+. 1 star** * ***** **** **** ******* **** **** * **** * ****** I made a large order for 12 booklets late last year, not only did the order take almost a 1.5 months to get here when they had told me 2 weeks, when I tried contacting them they would tell me they would call me back with an update that same day, I tried this 3 times and never got an answer, or the answer was they are scheduled to be shipped out the next day and that never happened, 3 times. Along with horrible communication, when I received my books, they were completely wrong. They were considerate enough to reprint them free of charge of course, and when I got the second set of books (again waiting almost a month) these books were also completely wrong! (both sets of books had multiple missing pages & wrong size). After this I tried contacting them again, at this point I just wanted a refund. They did not answer any of my calls or email, they basically ghosted me. I eventually had to go through my banks ***** ********** to get my money back. 1 starI ordered some samples. I submitted my pdfs, but they put 4 of the same pdf on one side of the card - it looked not only wrong, but ridiculous. 1 starplaced a 500$ order for taro cards, double sided. order took forever to be completed, close to 3 months. they finally arrive sorted into decks, I send them off. then I start noticing.. cuts are waay the off, decks have duplicate cards and are not sorted correctly.. have to recall everything take photos and report to CanadaCopy. they tell me they will redo the order.. 1 starI ordered faster production & proofs. I called twice about sending my proofs. They kept saying it is on the way. I never got the proofs. They printed the job without my approval. There were errors that could have been corrected before printing, if they had sent me the requested proofs. When I said I wanted it redone without being charged, they told me to resend the incorrect copies at my expense. They also said they would not reprint for free. Even though they admitted it was their mistake. I have been in the printing business for 40 years. No printing is done without the customer's signature on the proofs. Any reputable printer would reprint the job at no charge, because it was their fault to go ahead with the customer's approval. **** *** *** **** *** their customer service is **** *** horrible! 1 star**** *** *** ***** ******* ***** For my order, I paid more for faster production but they took much longer than the original production time. Not only that but they made a mistake in my prints. So none of my prints were usable. Also, the quality is so bad that my printer at home would do a better job. Their refund policy is also hidden deep within their website and they do no refunds. They rip you off. Please don’t use their services. It was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.Review fromJessica L

1 starTheir website says it takes 5-7 business days to print, but yet I am here 1 month and 1 week later and keep getting the run around on my order. Every time I email questioning where my order is, I am met with "It will be shipped on Monday," This has gone on for several Mondays with no real clear answer. I went with this company because they stated they could get the job done in a timely manner with quality product. I have yet to see the product so I can not attest to the quality, but their timing is absolutely terrible. Do not order if you want your product within the next year, this is ridiculous. I do not like writing bad reviews, but they have forced my hand on this. I hope they get their act together in the future because this is outrageous.
